If I could give this place zero stars I would. We didn’t see this piece of metal, until we got home. I called and spoke to the night manager. To ask for a refund, she stated that they could not give me a refund that I could get a credit for the next time I go. Haha! Yeah!!! Like I would go back to that place I told her that a refund would be useless if the chances of me going back are slim to none. That I needed a refund. She said that, I would have to take the food back in order to get a refund. Well being that I don’t want to waste more of my time and gas going to get a refund on something that should be done over the phone. So I guess when I have a trip to town tomorrow. They will see there cold fries and chicken, so I can get my refund. This place is super disgusting!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Food was good but don’t get anything to drink. Our cups were filled with ice almost to the top. This is after a few minutes that it sat there. Found out other people had the same problem.

I used to love coming to this location, as the atmosphere was nice, clean and felt welcoming. But recently, I’ve gone a few times within the past month or so, and the atmosphere has changed, and the restaurant itself is dirty. One of the times I went, the tenders I received were cold, you could tell the tea was old, and when I asked for a gallon they did not have the gallon bags. They gave me my food in an autozone bag, and the tenders were rubbery when I ate them. Another time I went they were out of fish, ketchup, and some sides. I tried to give this place one more shot the other day and when I got my food it was completely wrong AND missing sides.
I’m not sure what happened to this place but it needs to be changed. Also the attitudes of some of the employees AND managers need to be changed.

Stoped by during a roadtrip and was not disappointed. Their chicken is super crispy and rolls are delicious. The service was quick. Definitely making this a pit stop if we are nearby again.

This is the best golden chick in my humble opinion. Every time I go I’m always greeted and attended to well. Staff is friendly and the food is great. It’s gotten a whole lot better in the past year or so, so idk if management is new but clearly they’re doing something right.
