I recently dined at Golden Chick – Orange and was delighted by the delicious food they served. The flavors were rich and satisfying. However, my experience was marred by the fact that the restaurant seemed to be severely understaffed during the peak dinner rush at 5 PM. Despite the tasty dishes, the slow service due to the lack of staff impacted the overall dining experience. I hope the restaurant addresses this issue to ensure that customers can fully enjoy their meals without long waits.

The chicken was old and dried out like it has been there all day. I can not rate any lower than this or I would. I’ll never go to this restaurant again. I went through drive through if it wasn’t 20 miles away I would have brought it back. The Okra was hard as a rock the food was just nasty I can not say enough bad about this place. I don’t rate places but this is terrible.

The chicken was small AF for one. Then they don’t give you napkins utensils ketchup nothing. Lucky I was passing through cause I would’ve brought it right back. Currently eating rice with my hand and not a napkin to clean them

We waited a very long time for our food. Our friends had already gotten their food and finished eating so we just asked for our money back and the manager who was filling an order for the drive-through said we had to wait till she was finished instead of pulling the man from the front in letting him finish what she was doing and helping us it’s called multitasking. He finally washed his hands and told her let me finish your stuff and you go help them. He knew how long we had been waiting. I realize how hard they have to work. I’ve worked fast food. I’ve worked as a janitor, but if the management doesn’t get better, that place will not survive. Hopefully this was a one time event there was no sweet tea in the counter where the drinks were was nasty. The ice cream Machine didn’t work. But there was no sign stating that it didn’t work there were ice cream cones out there.
