Went to Golden chick on old Jacksboro Hwy and I usually go the to buy chicken for my two small dogs cause they are spoiled! Today I ordered for me,thank God it wasn’t for my dog because this 3 piece tender combo would not have knocked a dent in their belly!!! YOU GUY NEED TO DO BETTER ON CHICKEN SIZES!!!

I placed an online order that was scheduled to be ready at 7:30 PM. I arrived at 7:29 PM, with only one car ahead of me, yet I wasn’t able to speak to anyone about my pickup until 8:00 PM.
The long wait and lack of urgency from the staff were very disappointing. If a pickup time is provided, customers should be able to expect timely service. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case during my visit.
I hope the store addresses this issue so future customers don’t experience the same delay.

I ordered a 4 piece tender combo comes with one side I ordered cole slaw but did not get my side I tried calling the phone only rings and rings I will not be going back to this location. The sweet tea is soured as well. My roll is hard as a rock and I have 4 very small cold tenders. Very disappointed.
