Had 3 encounters with this establishment but like the saying goes fool me twice or whatever it’s on me
First time February 11th it seem as if they scraped rice from the bottom of the pan and was burnt and I called about it being that I was tired from work I did not go get the remake.
Second encounter sent my son and the guy Victor tells him his card declines so we wait until it stop pending to call the bank but the bank says we have to dispute it with the merchant because they definitely got it on their end. Shortly after I send my daughter to pay for me, her, and my son a meal the same day we order 3 chicken tenders spicy combos if u see the picture no spicy seasoning no gravy cold and my children tenders look like nuggets. The manager tells us to come talk to the store manager the next day but we all have to work so we all went today. The workers was very helpful and even told us that Victor did that to another customer today. It’s obvious Victor does not know what he is doing or keeping the food we are paying for and more than likely kept the receipt and got the food end of day before he left. The store manager was very unprofessional started asking for the receipt of the order that was declined and I’m wondering how are we suppose to give a receipt for a order that was declined. All we have is the phone to show where our transaction went through but then proceeds to ask for our bank and says he does not know if he can pull up that bank. He proceed to talk out side of his neck and so did I. I see why the workers do not care because look who they have as a manager a bad representation. We come here too often to be treated this way. I can give months of receipts coming here because we are usually eating at Golden Chick 3 hours away where we moved from. However he proceeded with I don’t have to help you when I should of called the police cause it’s theft. As I’m leaving he sarcastically says, ‘God Bless’. We work too hard for our money to have our food throwed up and money taken w/o being given what we paid for. I reached out to the location on Beach in person and they gave me a few numbers but I’m calling everyone I can think of in the morning. Rest assured Golden Chick in the whole DFW will never get another cent of our money!!! We are not even from around here and the food is definitely different at other Golden Chick location. It’s a lot I can say that was said but I’ma get it handled…The manager stopped the lady in charge from remaking the meals fresh for one they was suppose to remake. The manager is cocky throwing his weight around like he owns this store and stealing right in front of people faces. We asked the workers for the franchise number and him but they all said they don’t have a number like no one has a boss. Please!!!

The service by Marcus and Amari was more than incredible. They helped us get our order straight even though the Golden Chick app did not work. They took their time to help us. The chicken tenders were tasty although they were extremely small. The Cole slaw was very good. The fries were tasty and crispy. I will give it another try, but for the price we paid for the tenders, they should be much larger. Although, as I said Marcus and Amari could not have been more helpful and friendly. They are both a great asset to Golden Chick.

First time to eat at one of these and I thought it was very good! I had the chicken tenders, mashed potatoes and gravy. My wife had chicken salad sandwich and fried okra. Very good!!!!

Great place to have such great tasting Chicken Wings. Something about their Chicken Wings i dined in, it was so delicious. Would definitely recommend this place for everyone. We would definitely come back for more.

First time ever to Golden Chick but I’ll be back. The chicken was hot, tasty, not greasy with nice crunch. Moist inside the crispy part. Friendly staff helped us with our order. Restaurant was clean inside. I need to add that we had the spicy pickle chicken and wicked chicken wings. Both were good. The Wicked were very hot which I really enjoyed but I enjoyed the taste of the spicy pickle wings.

Customer service was good but the food is extremely salty and soggy. I ordered baked chicken and some wings And they both were completely saturated in that zing seasoning that they use. They really need to scale back on how much they are using because you still need to be able to taste the actual meal and not just be eating seasoning. Horrible horrible experience if You decide to go stick to the chicken tenders make sure it does not that have that zing seasoning on there!

went through the drive through around 9 and when we got to the window the guys were extremely rude and standoffish, i said thank you every time he opened the window yet he closed it in my face without saying a word. i only ordered the one meal and they gave me these dry tiny pieces? ridiculous service an hour before they even closed.

I went in the service was great The sweet tea is great The yeast rolls were great The dirty rice was great The coleslaw I give it a one and the rotisserie chicken no flavor just leaking juice have more juice inside of the tray and the it was hot and fresh out got there when they first open but the chicken is just not my cup of tea I’ve had their wicked wings before those were okay but if I’m going to pay almost $17 for a meal I mean regio’s chicken is a lot better l pollo Campo lemon lime chicken is wonderful but golden chick like I said their service give them a five stars for their service but the food I give it a one star I’ve never tried the fried chicken I only have their wicked wings might go back and try the catfish but it’s just not the thing of the chicken has no flavor I mean it was cooked fresh was the one of the first people in there when it when they opened up like I said the service was excellent there are services five stars totally satisfied and above thank you

Employees were friendly and helpful. Dining room was clean and pleasant. Rest rooms were clean. For fast food, menu had large assortment of meals. We enjoyed the fish and shrimp meals. Servings were large and very tasty. Cole slaw and cream potatoes were very good. A must try.

I use Door Dash, and it seems that they always have some kind of discount for me.
I always order the 20 tenders, no sides. Then I add dirty rice, and green beans.
French Fries, and Fried Okra replaced mashed potatoes this time, and that’s going to be my regular order from now on.
The dirty rice and green beans mix well, and with the microwave, and a modest serving of each, these are a meal in itself.
Their French fries are battered and flavorful, and maybe the best fast food fries around. (Popeyes fries are good also.)
Their fried okra is very good, and the “family” size serving is more generous than the sides that come in a cup. These come in a box, which is much larger.
I’m a repeat customer, and have no reason to not continue to be.
