This location is awesome!! The manager has to be the nicest person ever. The food is always prepared perfectly. The roasted chicken is always cooked to perfection. Fried okra is great. I eat here often and I never have a problem.

We enjoy Golden Chick for lunch. The food is hot and the quality is always good. I like the roasted chicken especially and the fried okra or macaroni and cheese are favorites. So I drive 2 hours to work and 2 hours back home and decided to stop half way and Pay $13 for 6 piece spicy tenders a little pricey but that’s not the problem, the problem is my finger is bigger then the tender and the tender is also ice cold and tasted very old, the Fried okra was like chewing on plastic and cold. Also I had asked for sweet tea and received unsweet. For being kind of a new golden chick you figure you’d get some good quality food but that wasn’t the case. Honestly the place needs to be shut down.

Me & my husband stopped by for lunch & had a Roasted Chicken Breast & Wing combo w/ a side of mash potatoes, fries, side salad w/dressing, Kaiser Roll & a drink. Chicken was extra juicy & tasty. Price wasn’t bad for 2 people. Daniel our server was awesome & funny he seems to take good pride in his work. Excellent customer service. Keep up the good work.

I always order the same thing every time, the 3 piece chicken tender with a side of mashed potatoes and a roll and my boyfriend always order’s the wicked wings. The staff is very curious on the phone as well as in person. I would definitely recommend ordering out or dining in at Chicken Express off of 35 in Gainesville, Texas

We enjoyed Golden Chick for dinner on Saturday. The food was hot and fresh. The tenders were juicy and fries were crunchy and soft in the middle. The tea is excellent. I would recommend Golden Chick in Gainesville to friends and family. The staff and manager were kind. They get your food to you fast.
