We ate here on June 6th in the evening. We went through the drive thru and they got both of our orders exactly right and carefully packaged, super quick and even let us add a brownie last minute. They loaded us up with lots of fries too.
The food was hot and fresh even after our 10+ minute drive home to eat it. Plus, the chicken was HUGE and super juicy! A perfect introduction to Texas fried chicken for my out of town guest!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered a chicken sandwich and found a hair in it. My daughter ordered chicken tenders, and they were rock hard and completely inedible.
I called to speak with the active manager, expecting at the very least an apology or an attempt to make it right. Instead, I was told nothing could be done unless I drove the food back. I was already at my daughter’s practice a half hour away.
This is not how you handle food quality issues or treat customers. The lack of professionalism and the rude response were just as disappointing as the food itself. I will not be returning.

I purchased a 6-piece new spicy pickle wings combo with a side salad. I don’t know if they prepare the salads in-house, but my salad was filthy. The salad had so much mud on it that when I picked the dirty leaf out of the prepared dish, it left my fingers dirty. I wish I could have left pics

They never get the orders correct. This is my 3time coming to this location and they never get it right. I ordered this time the 6 piece wicked wings combo. I drove off and look at my meal I had to turn around because the gave me a 6pice sweet and sour wing.
The last time I came I asked for baked chicken they gave me fried chicken.. I don’t know what they’re doing but they need to stop doing it. You can’t always get customers meals wrong.

Not the best choice for lunch, but in a pinch it will do. The service could be better and felt a bit rushed. The food quality is exactly what you pay for, nothing memorable and not something I would go out of my way for.

I went to order food at 8:55pm and all of the online ordering was shut down. I called and the person working said they stop taking online orders at 9pm and stop serving inside at 9:30pm. Both DoorDash and the website say different and this is the only location that does this.

Second time I’ve ordered from this location in the last month and both my orders were so wrong. This last time they tried to replace a $9 meal for a large french fry ♀️ then when I just asked for my money back they said they couldn’t do that because online orders are not placed with them?!? Still confused and they were just not friendly or understanding about it. Two ladies in the back were clearly speaking about me in Spanish because one would not take her eyes off me. Rude environment, crappy food and highly do not recommend this location.
