We visited on a Sunday afternoon. It was not too busy at all. We ordered our food and CJ brought it to our table. CJ was very courteous, he had wonderful manners, and made sure we had all we needed. Everything we ordered was perfect!!!

I haven’t eaten here in a long time so I thought I would pass by since the drive thru line was short. Well now I know why. I got a 2 piece combo roasted chicken with mac and cheese as the side. I got all the way home and opened the box to find this! It looks like they gave it to someone else who pulled the chicken apart and gave it back. This is ridiculous and a waste of money.

Two pieces of fish and a little coleslaw for $10.49. The competitor next-door has two pieces of fish and two sides and a roll for two dollars less. I was taken back with this how much I really didn’t get for my $10.49 but the food was actually OK. Just the price of what you get was not great. Dinner time and I was the only person in there.

My sister left her phone in the bathroom. While we were still there. And she realized she left it. We called it numerous times and they never answered it. When my sister asked for it back they acted like they didn’t have it. My daughter and I kept calling her phone and they finally gave it back. After my sister started getting loud.

The best fried chicken, very nice and clean place. The only bad thing was that the ice cream machine wasn’t working and they said it had been like that for a fewdays. And is why we come inside and eat, and the ice cream is free. Great thing.

This place has some of the best chicken!! I used to hate Golden Chick and one day my husband brought some home. He went to the one on 1187 and Crowley I’d. I have to be specific because this place has not disappointed me at all. Now I can’t say that for any of the other ones that are close by. Thank you for the pride you all put into what you do…it shows!!

Spent $55 on a 12-piece mixed chicken meal with two family sides, sweet tea, and corn nuggets. I paid extra for bread but didn’t receive it, which I only realized after getting home. The staff seemed friendly, but I was honestly surprised by the price. The family sides were smaller than expected, if they were a bit larger, I’d feel better about the cost. I understand the economy is tough, but I know of a few dine-in restaurants offering similar value for the same price. This feed a family of four adults.

I ordered here as always. Plenty of money spent here last time indeed. Associate was very rude after my food was not prepared the way I asked. When I received my bag I asked for ranch and it was given to
Me. When my food was passed back inside to be cooked the correct way, no ranch was there. I asked the gentleman who brought my food out what happened to ranch and he stated sorry I will go back and get it. Meanwhile the same rude associate who took my food back came out very angry stating what’s the problem. I asked what happened to my ranch that was in the bag and she begin bad mouthing. I drove off to avoid and raising of my blood pressure. Customer needs to be addressed here and ASAP.
