I’ve had better fried chicken sandwich with fries than this place. It wasn’t as good as i expected. The quality of the food was low. You could get a tasty meal somewhere else for the same price. It just wasn’t that good. I will not be back.

First of all, I ordered the Brisket plate. Meat was drier than the Sahara and you don’t get much of it to begin with. With 2 sides and 1 peoce of Texas Toast with drink, all for just under 19 bucks. I had to pay extra for the 2nd piece of toast.

Here roughly twice a week, I get fuel here. This chicken place has been miserably slow since the first time I stopped here. It’s like the first time this crew has done any fast food…ever. Customers waiting around inside, line at the window. It’s not unusual to wait 15 minutes for food(which is AVERAGE)at this location. Terrible service. If you expect prompt ,professional food service, this chicken place ain’t it.

22 mins in. Still waiting on my food. I order chicken drove to the second window and the guy asked me did I order chicken. Lol. Told me it going to take a min to make. To make chicken at a chicken house. 26 mins still no food. What a joke this place is. Don’t waste your time.

My son needed a quick and easy chicken tender meal as we were in a rush. The drive through line was extremely long so I ran inside to place the order. I stood at the counter for 5-7 minutes before I was finally acknowledged even though two employees clearly saw me. No, sorry you had to wait. No greeting of any kind. I placed my order and the employee then proceeded to talk on her personal cell phone phone while working and assembling the meal I just ordered. She handed me my meal while still talking to someone. I wouldn’t be leaving this ridiculous review, but as you can imagine, it was no surprise when I discovered we were missing items upon returning home. I should have known to look in the box before leaving.

Walked into the Golden Chick at 9:45 and the girl behind the counter tells me they are closed even though the sign says open until 10pm. Food still in the warmer. As a truck driver food is hard to find late at night and this does not help. Lazy people!!! Do better Golden Chick!!!

The food at this location is decent, but whether your order will be correct or not is another story. Multiple times I have gone to this location and order the same thing I always order, a golden TENDER sandwich. Every. single. time. they give me just the regular chicken sandwich. My sides have been wrong also, but hey at least they get my drink right. And I know your probably thinking what’s the difference, but that’s not the point. The people who have gone with me have had wrong orders as well. This location needs to step up their game.
