Well first time I came the girl had attitude cause apparently the 2-3 cars before me ordered huge orders and then I come and have my order then I come 2-3 weeks later and now I am having to wait 30 minutes for my order. All I can say is you have one job. If you don’t like having to cook and have great customer service than this is not the job for you, find something that you can do without the attitude drive through is just that get your food you ordered to go. Whoever is Managing this place needs to do a better job you need to find better employees. Cause this is horrible Customer Service. If you can’t find better employees then close this place down.

This establishment has had some rough times over the years. I’ve gone here for years. My family loves the food, but the service was slow of lacking. Not this time. Spot on. Guy at the cash register was trying to help me save money. Food was finished in record time. I couldn’t believe it. It was also FRESH. Not stuck under a heat lamp. I hope they can keep this up. I’m excited.

This place serves great food. But…everytime we go here they miss something that you ordered. Be it the extra gravy, or the mashed potatoes that goes with the meal, or the ranch that comes with the jalapeno poppers. They miss stuff, so check your bag and make sure it’s right before you pull away. I will say that they fix the issues without a fuss. I would give 5 stars if that issue wasn’t frequent but it’s almost every time.

I am very disappointed! I have ordered food there before and it was good but went by there tonight about 8pm. I ordered liver and it taste like it had been sitting for hours. It was so dry I couldn’t eat it. They were out of wings so ordered chicken strips. Again, they had been sitting for hours and very dry. In my opinion if they stopped cooking at 6-7pm then they should close at 6-7pm. Not happy!

I used to rave about this place but recently it’s gone down the tubes. The biggest problem is that it’s the only chicken fast food in town. Many nights we need a quick easy dinner that my wife or I can pick up on the way home from work. For the past couple of months you stop at the drive thru and they tell you they don’t have enough chicken to fill the order. Then they say it will be 20 minutes to wait for the chicken to cook. One time I can live with but in the last two months it has happened, no exaggerating, six times! Once we were in a hurry so we called and told them what we wanted. When I got there 15 minutes later they had not put the order together and when they did there was two pieces of chicken left! That means if someone got 1 order ahead of me, I’d of had a 20 minute wait after calling first! That’s unexceptionable and we will be using other places for take home dinner’s from now on. Someone needs to learn to manage the staff at this place!

Have eaten there only once. It was right before closing. They were friendly and generous. Restaurant was clean and food was very good. I had the dirty rice and chicken tenders, both delicious. We will eat there again. Says they’re open til 9, I hope so. My husband is headed there now and it’s 7:30. It’s a 23 minute drive from our house.

This is by far the best Golden Chick I’ve ever visited! From the top quality taste to the friendly faces with the most welcoming customer service. It’s usually the deliciousness that brings people back, but this location particularly offers not only the unforgettable taste but the comforting service.

Let me start out by saying I’m not a fan of Golden Chick. The meal I got this evening was very good and their fish is always good! Tonight we had chicken and it was suprisingly good. The highlight however was Ben who took my order. His customer service skills were awesome. He and another young man helped me with questions I had about the menu. These two (didn’t get the other guys name) were great and made me feel at home. Customer service sucks today and they made me feel like there’s still hope in America. The whole crew at this store is, and are always awesome!
