This was the #1 worst sandwich I have had the displeasure of receiving from any fast food establishment in my life. Apparently, this was made the day before at some point and left in a fridge because the bread was as stiff and stale as a cracker! I don’t believe that it takes very long to scoop some of the salad onto one half and then set the other half on top. So why was this EVER left long enough to even start getting stale?
If I had had time to come back and meet the manager in person, I would have shaken their hand for letting this happen. It’s impressively insulting to any customer. At least the fries were edible as a snack.

I gave a very different response the last time I ordered and reviewed but this time I’m not as happy as I previously was. I ordered a 6 pc lotta zing wing meal online and specifically asked for NO SPICE ON WINGS in the notes in English and Spanish and instead they doused my chicken with the spice. Maybe if you all add that as an option to the order menu, this won’t happen. I literally have to drive here and place my order with a person in order for it to be correct!

Closest location to my home, went last night and they gave me mashed potatoes with NO gravy, so I’m supposed to just eat DRY mashed potatoes??? customer service is trash. They treat you like you’re bothering them and getting on their nerves. I told the young man I wanted ketchup and spicy seasoning in the bag, he gives me my bag with NO condiments lol then I had ordered brownies and I had to ask him for those too. Bad bad bad customer service, Tried to call and tell them about my mashed potatoes.. of course no one answered the phone

First (and LAST) time visiting this place! Used the drive thru which was manned by teens whom seem to have been left unsupervised. My food was disgustingly too spicy, I did not enjoy it at all! And the drink did not taste like what I ordered (like the difference between coke a cola and Dr pepper). I paid a decent amount of money and expected a decent lunch. But I did not get that. Instead, I got disgusting tasting food, and God knows WHAT kind of drink! I’ll NEVER patronize another Golden Chick restaurant as long as I live because of this experience.

My daughter daughter wanted Golden Chick. I placed order & ordered a order of okra separately. Why they put it in w/ the chicken order that came w/ fries when it was separate? So she was shorted on the okra. We repeated the order several times & it still was wrong.

I stopped by around 6 PM and was impressed right away by how clean and well-organized the lobby was. The staff greeted me with smiles and were genuinely friendly, which made the short wait feel even shorter. When my order of Wicked Wingsws ready, they were piping hot, perfectly crispy, and packed with spicy flavor. Definitely some of the freshest, tastiest wings I’ve had in a while. Will absolutely be back!
