My usual order of chicken strips, fries, and gravy came through like a reliable TM, and the cashier handled my food-focused brain fog with the calm of a Trainer dealing with a confused Pokémon. Once I finally sat down, the strips were crisp, the fries perfectly salted, and the gravy worked exactly as intended. A top-tier dipping move. Golden Chick never disappoints! The chicken is always crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and perfectly seasoned. Their rolls are warm and buttery—honestly, one of the best parts of the meal. I have been going to Golden chicken and I know I have never received my spicy chicken they way they made it. It tasted like it was siting out and not freshly made and it was way over priced. The drive through looks so horrible.

This Is The “WORST” Drive Thru Service and “Food” That I Have Ever Experienced!!! The Amega at the drive thru was Very Rude, I was the only car in line and she kept Rushing me to order. I ordered the 9 piece wicked wings combo with mashed potatoes and green beans $17.32. I proceeded to the window to pay, I asked her for hot sauce and honey, she’s a “Snotty” little something…you know who you are…it was on a Tuesday evening. I got my order, drove home about 2.5 miles away. The wings were regular working the drive thru window,Icook wings and they opened packs of the “Serindipity Salt” over the wings, so the whole compartment, the wings, potatoes and the green beans were “COLD” LIKE THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE!!! No honey just hot sauce. Get anotherprofession Amega! I will never got there again!!!

The lady at the counter refused to answer my questions about the new hot honey wings/tenders instead kept telling me to look at the menu board. Customer service could be better.
When I received my food, the bread roll had something green on it, and the chicken wings were terrible. The only food item that was good was the jalapeño poppers. There was also French fries in my jalapeño poppers.
The atmosphere was not taken care of. the restraunt was dirty, trash left on tables, trash left on the floor, trash on the outside of the front door. As well as the bathrooms where nasty.
The straws where not being stocked very well either.
I paid $17.94 for 6 wings I did not finish, a drink, and some jalapeño poppers. Not a good experience.

$40 to feed the family and half the chicken tenders are just batter they must be using chickens on ozempic! In the picture is 4 tenders almost half the meal I ordered (10 piece) cut in half to show the amount of chicken. We also ordered a side of rolls which all came burnt. We were also told that they were out of corn nuggets this place used to be the best chicken spot but I’m heartbroken.

I usually have a good experience at this location and keep coming back, though I do wish the tender sizes didn’t vary quite so much now (not the fault of the particular location since I’m sure those are shipped in like that)

The Flavor of the food is always on point, but recently the shrimps have been fried way too hard. Today I leave photos of the food I got. The quality has not been consistent and I’m pretty sure that the size or thickness of the fish has been split in half.

I’ve been coming to this golden chick for some time and enjoy the food. I’m just getting really tired of having to repeat myself multiple times and still get my order half right. It never happens with the guy in the drive through, but it seems to happen with everybody else.

Terrible experience. They got our order wrong. We ordered 2 spicy tender meals, each with gravy & zing sauce. When we got up to the payment window and handed our receipt, I noticed one order had gravy and the other had zing sauce. I mentioned this to the cashier and he acted confused the whole time. I said multiple times that both orders want gravy and zing sauce. He even pulled in a cook to confirm. When we got home, not only were me missing gravy, one of our meals was not spicy like requested! This happened the last time we visited last month. Terrible service and incompetent staff. Step up or go out of business!
