The first Golden Chick I have been to that the food was fresh and hot and service was great.Now let me tell y’all about the green beans they taste like yo Granny with the flabby arms made at Easter Sunday dinner along with the sweet on a hot day and you been working in the heat that cold sweet brew and my Tenders was fresh and the Mac and Cheese was good too just at this location on Masters

Prices are too high for the chicken. I got the 4pc tenders, and 2 of them were small with more breading than chicken. Also, my side of green beans was literally 4 fork bites. Gravy is good, but if I’m paying 10 bucks for 4 tenders, they need to be bigger, as do the sides. The place is clean, and the lady was nice.

I made an online order through Ubereats and though the chicken was in good condition, i paid for an extra 6 roles and they gave me 4 roles and two buns tht look like their meant for sandwhiches. One of the roles were burnt/stale that it just breaks apart due to how hard it is. I usually order from here which doesn’t make sense why they messed up so bad today.

Ordered door dash. Compare this receipt to the order. Nothing that I got was in my order. When I called the store, they all pretended that they couldn’t hear me, even though I could hear them just fine. And this was after five failed attempts to call them. When Door Dash submitted the reorder, the restaurant cancelled it.

bad customer service of people on drive thru food was ok the chicken tenders were so small and the fry portion sucks they put like 7 fries inside that small bag , i rather go down the road to the other golden chick way better service and better portion
