Food was horrible. Ordered a $15 Catfish plate. Catfish was dry as if it was not prepared fresh today. Dry. Coleslaw with no sauce on it. Taste awful. I ended up throwing it away. I have had good food here when they first opened years ago and it has went down the drain. I should have known better when my fish came right out, usually I am told to pull over and wait. They gave me fish that was sitting up. Terrible

It’s so unfortunate that I made it all the way home and didn’t get my roll that should be included with my 12 piece tender meal. I paid almost $13 just to not receive all items that I paid for. I would have went back to the location to obtain my missing roll but then I would have to pack my two small children back in the car again.

I live in the area and have been coming here every once in a while as I don’t necessarily eat fast food as much but need to have a cheat day here and there. This place has been very consistent, food has always been hot and fresh when I go, and the inside looks brand new honestly so maybe they had renovations. All staff members are professional and won’t give you any hassle if you need some extra condiments. I highly recommend the roast chicken thighs, the tenders, or the regular friend chicken. Most important of all, don’t forget the zing packets by themselves or in your gravy.

I went to this Golden Chick because I hadn’t been in a while. I ordered the fish and shrimp combo. As you can see the portions were very small. I was very disappointed with them. A waste of $13. I’ll fry my own fish from now on. Don’t waste your money.

I ordered a 6 piece tender and only got 4.5 which I discovered once I got home. I sat 4.5 because there’s no way they could’ve counted it as a whole tender(even the other ones were tiny) and even if they did I ordered 6 not 4.5 or 5 and they were lukewarm.

Been to these place a lot lately and I can say that the best part is the service. The lady who I assume is a manager is consistently nice and friendly with every single customer. Had an issue one day and the lady went resolved the problem with out any faces issues or excuses. The place is always clean and food is fast and hot. If I had to nit-pick it’s that they don’t accept NFC payments.

Overall the food was good. Had green beans and they were pretty bland, didn’t seem to have seasonings and just seemed like out of a can and just heated up. The chicken and rolls were pretty good and juicy. We had half regular and half spicy, the kids and I like the spicy while my wife likes regular. We also had mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese, which were good as well.
