I was really excited that this Golden Chick came in since the other one so far away from our house, the food was OK. It didn’t seem really fresh, but it wasn’t cold either. Maybe I got them between cooking cycles or towards the end of one… But the service really sucked. I had to start the conversation at the menu board, which is always a bad way to start somebody’s experience with a drive-through your team member should immediately greet the guest or within you know 510 seconds even if they’re busy doing something and just notify them that hey it’ll be just a moment. I’ll be right with you or something. But that did not happen. Then when I got to the window, the gentleman that was working there told me my total shut the window handed me in my car shut the window handed me my drink to shut the window. There was no hey you have a great day or thanks for coming or anything. It was very transactional and I guess that’s fine for quick service but I own a restaurant and I would never let one of my customers leave without making sure that we put our best face forward and gave him the best last impression. That’s why I gave it. Three stars food was decent, but not the best. The service was really horrible and it’s a nice new building

The nice young man at the drive thru figured out my jumbled order and was patient while I added on to it with a lunch line behind me. The food is delicious as always and its been years since I had it as im no longer nearby a location (until this one opened). I will definitely be coming back for my fried chicken fix!

This is a new location that opened this month. I ordered twice and first time it was the wrong order however, both orders were super cold as if they barely cooked it all the way. The other location nearby US HWY 380 is always hot and fresh the only fresh item was the bread sadly. Please cook the food all the way and ensure it hasn’t been sitting there! This location will NOT last long if this continues.

Been awhile since I had golden chick. Decided to re-familiarize myself with it since a new one opened around the corner. I was dissappointed at the size of these tiny chicken tenders. I mediates went down street and ordered another meal from raising canes.

Would give 0 stars if I could, ordered a 4 piece and only got 3 tenders and didn’t give me my side or my dipping sauce. Most expensive 3 tenders and roll I’ve ever had. Make sure you don’t wait until you get home to check if your order was right.
