Was my 1st time at dis location and I loved it. I was in a rush on my lunch break at 12. Max was very polite, courteous, and made my food fresh to order. I highly recommend this location also surrounded by shopping centers like super target and other store’s. Keep the great service, Max & Crew!!

This location consistently under-seasons the spicy chicken tenders. One side of the tender will have barely any spicy seasoning, and the other side is completely naked and bland, like they could even be bothered to thoroughly season it. I do like Golden Chick and I come to this store regularly and just know to ask for extra Spicy Zing packets for my chicken so I can season it myself. Tonight was such a letdown. I came through 30 minutes before close, and as a fellow fast-food service worker I understand that can be really annoying, but after getting off of my own shift I was really hungry and nowhere else sounded appealing to me. Guy at the order-box/window was so rude. He kept interrupting me and rushing me through my order. He didn’t say a word to me or even greet me when I got to the window, just stared at me with his hand held out for my card. Kept giving me fake half-smiles like he was annoyed I was even there. I was very respectful and again, understanding that it was almost closing time for them, but I got treated like I was the a-hole for even bothering to come through. I feel like the treatment I received was so sad. Worst service by far tonight, and they didn’t give me the extra gravy OR the extra spicy packets for my chicken. This is what my chicken looks like. Extremely dissatisfied tonight. I hope things look up because I really do like Golden Chick.

They forgot to put our mashed potatoes. They only gave us gravy but no mashed potatoes. First thought when I opened boxes of 3 orders for my loved ones well they exaggerated on the gravy and probably mashed potatoes swimming under the gravy but nope no mashed potatoes as requested for our side and a drink with the 2 piece fish plate. But they were all very courteous and bright smiles and was very nice environment and so clean. Next time I check my orders before taking off . Im always working traveling and today was busy day just thought of going home. Called they never answered.

Never thought I’d find a dead ringer for chicken express, but this is it. The taste is almost the exact same, so expect how you feel about chicken express to be how you feel about this place, down to the okra and rolls. The one bad thing I tasted was my partner’s green beans, which were vaguely Smokey in a bad way. Everything else was at least as expected.
I will say, during my visit the soda fountain was dispensing wrong (none of them were drinkable) and they were very delayed on orders, but they did provide my partner and I extra chicken to compensate. But we were watching people who ordered around the same time as us still waiting as we finished up.
About the same price as chicken express.
I would probably come again.

We’ve been coming to Golden Chick for almost six years, and even though we recently moved over 30 minutes away, we’ll always make the trip! The chicken is always hot and perfectly cooked, the fries are always fresh, and the Lotta Zing sauce is always made fresh and full of flavor. The gravy is just as tasty, and the rolls are the absolute best—so fluffy, airy, and buttery. The whole team is friendly, helpful, and welcoming. My kids love coming here, and we’re always greeted with big smiles. The owner is a kind friend who always treats us with love and respect—he is truly the best. This Golden Chick will always be our go-to spot for amazing food and a warm, happy atmosphere!

First time trying GoldeN chik it was delicious affordable and way better than KFC, Favorite chicken spot so far the roasted chicken is seasoned all the way tru, and the rolls are delicious. And they have my favorite drink pepsi. Paid less than 15 dollars for 4 pieces of chicken 5 rolls side of gravy, mashed potatoes and large pepsi. Super cheap

My wife and I frequently visit this location. The ice cream is back so that’s a positive. But many times we order the three piece dark and my wife as usual ends up with white meat. They don’t tell us when they are out of something or even make a comment about being out of the items we ordered. We have to point it out to them and then they say oh we are out of that. Tonight I ordered spicy tenders and got regular. It’s about 50/50 on wrong to right orders here. This has been consistent for the last two years or more.
