We came at 5PM. They were out of fried chicken. We were told the wait would be 20 minutes. We asked for a free drink since we had to wait. They rudely declined. So we went to Popeyes and received the same order in about 2 minutes and it was cheaper. I guess Popeyes will get our business from now on.

Did not put the gravy in a bowl and it spilt all over my food worst golden Chick I’ve ever ate at. Definitely not coming back again. And gravy all in the bag and only 2 napkins. Horrible place to get take out at. Do not recommend. I would like a refund but I’m not coming back to Ponca for a week

The GM David was nice he asked questions why we came. The food was better than expected and very quick loved the corn nuggets. Your Roasted is also good but your Tenders are the best and this Lucky 13 add 4 sides let me tell you love it. We’re glad your back keep up the good work you got a good crew and a GM.

Slow Service, got our order mixed up, and under cooked chicken. 6 years later, same story. And can’t submit the form to corporate it says error date must be within 90 days. It was two hours ago so I know I’m within the 90 days. Will never return. Hopefully y’all close down and we get a Chick-fil-A…
