My man and I came thru and got seafood platters. He loved the fries and the shrimp just as much as I did. The dirty rice was good but you can tell it had been sitting for a while because of the “crusties”. Other than that, the server was cool. ♀️

Today my family and I visited this establishment and had a very disappointing experience. We were not greeted upon arrival, and the interaction quickly became uncomfortable. This is the fourth time I’ve come in, and each time the same woman, who identified herself as Jessica and said she was the owner, has been consistently rude.
She repeatedly made me repeat myself and spoke to us in a dismissive and disrespectful tone. When I calmly told her she didn’t need to be rude, she responded by saying, “You guys can go somewhere else. I don’t have to serve you,” and refused us service.
Being told to leave in that manner felt humiliating and discriminatory. No customer should be treated that way. I hope the business takes accountability for how customers are treated, because this experience was unacceptable, and we absolutely contacted corporate.

Golden Chick is my absolute favorite food spot in Stillwater! The food here is always fresh, delicious, and full of flavor — truly the best comfort food in town. You can tell the whole team works really hard to keep everything top-notch.
A special shoutout to Cody, who always goes above and beyond with his kindness and dedication. He’s one of the hardest-working employees I’ve seen, and he consistently makes the experience even better every time I visit.
Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great food and amazing service. Golden Chick never disappoints!

Wow! The service was amazing, the girl at the window that checked us out was super sweet!! I think her name was Allison! The food was very fresh & delicious! The chicken was so fresh and tasted so good with the lotta zing sauce! The fries had a wonderful crispy batter! They didn’t even need a sauce they were so good! & the roll! Omg it was so soft & fluffy & slightly sweet I’m so glad we have a location opened near us soon so we can come more often!! I have to say; I think I like this better then Raising Canes! And I NEVER thought that would happen

Just got food from here. Get home and I’m missing the cole slaw that was supposed to be in my order. It’s not the first time I’ve had missing items. I really don’t think anyone acctually checks that the order is all there before they hand you the bag. I would have gone back, but by the time I’d get home, the rest of my food would be cold. Don’t believe I’ll be going again.

The food here is amazing but what makes me more upset is practically every time I go through the drive thru to order the boys are ALWAYS TALKING ABOUT SOMETHING DUMB instead of working. The wait time is ridiculous and EVERY TIME I ASK FOR SPICY TENDERS THEY HARDLY EVERY COME OUT SPICY. Today I went in around 2pm and they gave my original tenders instead of spicy. But I was on my lunch break so I couldn’t go back to the correct ones I wanted.

The day I went in the A/C was being worked on. Thankfully it wasn’t 100° out! I must say the employees were in a good mood, the food was good and the restaurant was clean. The employees had a small rush and handled it well. It’s my go to spot and I hope they continue to bring the good food and happy employees!

I have dined at a few Golden Chick locations over the years. This one has the longest wait times, the least fresh food, and the worst customer service. I usually never write reviews about things like this, however, I’d like to point something out.
When I received my drink, they handed a box of bendy straws out of the window like you’d see at your grandmother’s house or at a party. They were not individually wrapped and I had to reach my hand in the box. I don’t believe that to be very sanitary. Overall, this was a disappointing experience and I will not be back to Stillwater’s Golden Chick.

The food was pretty good. There wasn’t much seasoning on anything. They had no ice for drinks. The service was not welcoming or very friendly, and the tables inside were all dirty. While there, we saw a server in the kitchen scratch his back with the tongs he was using for food. As we were finishing, a group of 3 people all with their own orders received their food. The person giving them food said “I don’t know whose is whose. Y’all will have to figure it out.” Umm. POOR customer service.

We just paid over $40 for three meals plus some extra rolls, and every single meal had something wrong. One was missing its side, another was missing chicken strips, and one even had undercooked chicken.
For the price and the long wait, it’s absolutely not worth it. Just a heads up so nobody else has to deal with the same thing.
