Def not worth 11.60. Chicken wasn’t fresh shrimp wasn’t fresh. I would have happily waited for freshly cooked. I went through drive through and got no napkins. Okra was cold. Pretty much nothing fresh on a Saturday around 6pm

Though Golden Chick in South Coffeyville OK has only been open a couple weeks we’ve already been there 3 times and each time we received our order lickity split, it was correct, the food was fabulous and the staff outstanding. Yep, this is now our weekly go to. Highly recommend!

People were very friendly and knowlegeable. Our food was hot to start with but with driving home, to Coffeyville,we knew it would get a little cold. Thats on us. The food tasted great. I love the fact the food is not showered with salt as my husband and I have high blood pressure. We love adding our own. Plz dont add more salt. Okra was amazing. Our order was perfect. To be totally honest, and i know this establishment is new, I ordered the 2 pc chicken combo and added two extra sides to try them out. The Mac and cheese was flavorless and came out of a bag, the instant mash potatos were quite bland, the white gravy tasted more like flour with a little pepper in it, the coleslaw slaw was off the charts extreamly bland. The chicken i recieved was, a thigh and a wing mmmm should have been a thigh and leg or breast and wing was over cooked, dry and had way to much salt. Your service was great. Atmosphere was quiet. Restaurant was clean but it was also new. I’ll give that a few months tgen recheck it for cleanliness. When the manager was asked to put in her code for a discount she did not remove her gloves. She touched the computer screen with her gloved knuckle then continued to touch and cook food stuffs waring the same gloves. This is unacceptable and teaching her crew that its ok to do this is unacceptable. Any time you go from one job to another, you should remove your gloves, wash your hands. Replace with clean gloves before moving on to the next job. Butter with the roll would have been nice as well as utensils to eat with. Suggestions, work on your recipes, brand food at that price blah. There are better instant madh potatoes out there. Just have to taste test them same with the slaw and nac and cheese. Adjust the temp on your fryers. Needs to be lower so as not to over cook the breading on the chicken.teach the employees the difference between a breast and a thigh.

I do not know who all was working 1/22 around 9PM but good grief. 7 orders in a row they messed up. 30mins to order and get food. Have to tell the cashier your order 4 times before they get it right. Get a 4 tender meal and end up with 2.5 tenders and a wing. Nobody working the front counter and the people working the drive through just stare at you and let you just stand there.
