The site’s menu shows a more proportionate size than what I received. The site suggests large filets and I ordered 4 & paid 15.99. Wha I received was nuggets compared to the photo on the site. The pieces I received were as if filets were sliced 2-3 times. This was very disappointing and unacceptable for the price. I will be rating 0 / do not buy on yelp’s website. In addition to this there was a missing Mac & Cheese which we pd 2.99 for. I’m requesting my full refund these items.

I’m sure I don’t remember her name, Tyniesha, maybe……..was awesome. She was very patient and ensured that I ordered what I wanted. The roasted chicken is always good. I got the wings this. You must try. Everyone who works there is super pleasant. The food is good and reasonably priced.

Food was a little expensive but the chicken was juicy. Though I got the spicy tenders and sandwich and they kinda just throw the seasoning on top which is disappointing. Their “honey sauce” was more corn syrup than honey and the taste is what gives it away. Sweet tea tasted bad too. 3/10 overall tbh

I went there twice the first time they sold out of the chicken salad Sandwich which I got the second time I went honestly it was not all that great and Brookshire’s has better fried chicken and roasted chicken then this place it just wasn’t my favorite personally…. They don’t have a baby changing station. The interior is really nice. And they have a great signature sweet tea.
And before i forget they don’t exactly have a walkway on the side where I parked; where if cars are not careful they can run over anyone who walks that way while they get out of the drive thru.

My son and I stopped by the new location off of Shreveport Barksdale highlighway and ordered a 3 piece chicken meal, crispy with fries and Mac n cheese. The meal comes with a delicious sweet roll and my son gave it a 10/10. The chicken is so moist and flavorful and it cost us around $12. If you download the app, you can receive $2 off your first online order. The staff – incredibly nice and smiling. Definitely check it out.

I was a drive-thru customer. First I ordered fried okra and fish the okra was cold and hard not fresh at all and the fish was cold and dried up. Very disappointed I would not recommend Golden Chick to anyone stay away from there Update: Golden Chick made it righ Ms.Teresa called me and she offered a new dinner. This time I can say everything was perfect!
