This restaurant had amazing fried rice and chicken, and I was satisfied to have placed my catering order with them. However, the aesthetics and ambience of the restaurant could use a slight upgrade. It looks as if they have not updated the infrastructure of the restaurant in years. I’m enticed to come back, but only to order takeout. I would like to feel as if I can dine in and have a pleasant experience as well.

As I was checking my account today I noticed that $34.40 was charged. My total was 29.40 so they took upon themselves and gave them selves a tip without my knowledge. I didn’t even add a tip. This is insane.

This place used to be the absolute best in clayton county. Had lunch today first in awhile. The yummy sauce has changed for the worst. In fact it was horrendous. The sushi was mediocre at best. Just not up to standards of what it used to be. The taste of the fried rice has even changed. It had an oily texture and left a film in your mouth. Just did not taste fresh. I was maximally disappointed. Just a big let down.

Whew this place is a large dump. It needs a remodel. It’s dusty, dated and dingy. The service nice, food just okay. I heard the hibachi is good. They charge $2.50 for fried rice. The portion size decent. Sheesh the atmosphere is a mess. They have a large variety of food choices Japanese, and Mexican. The have a full bar with mixed drinks and Boba Tea. The drinks are decent. It’s just a grimey spot that’s why it looses stars. They also write in their own tip.

I have been going there on and off for over 20 years. Never been so disappointed in the service there. Very rude people. The portions on the food are horrible. I didn’t receive some of my food cause there wasn’t enough even cooked on the grill for our party of 8. When I confronted them about it they acted like they didn’t understand me. Also each one of use was charged 15% tip handwritten on our receipt for basically for not getting the service we all thought we was getting. This place is really going down fast. I would not recommend nor will me and my group will EVER eat there again. Only reason I gave a 1 star cause I could write a review if I didn’t. Worse Hibachi place to eat.

Wish I could give negative stars! They charge for to go cups, but not just that, they wait too they give you the check and right a 15% gratuity onto the receipt! They charge 15% whether it’s just you or more! They put it in small letters at the bottom of the menu! They close at 9pm, We got there at 7:21pm, waited about 20 min to be seated and didn’t get a cook until around 8:20ish. No one that works there does enough work to get 15%! The workers are slow and the cook is kinda rude. Her days things that he think is ok but in reality they’re not! My son doesn’t like the fire, my son was excited about eating his hibachi so he was dancing and wasn’t loud, the cook told my son he need to calm down before he does the fire and I told him he may wanna leave my son alone because i don’t play about my kid! Not the place it used to be!

This place is not what it use to be. Me and my wife went there last night 6-18-2022 and I completely appalled at the audacity of the staff. After our meal was prepared and the cook was about to leave I tipped the cook 20$ cuz he did a good job once we got our check they added another 15% tip hand written on the receipt so with my bill being 70$ and the 20$ tip I gave the cook they wanted another 11$ tip on my card for right at 100$ for the meal the tip was for the server that only refilled my drink once she literally did nothing else I had to demand to see the manager at which time the server snatched my ticket from me and said she would take it off and soon returning with my ticket she threw it at me on the table. This place has gone so far down hill its ridiculous I will never EVER eat here again. Worst customer service I have ever had by far
