I had an amazing experience Mongolian grill. The food was fresh, flavorful, and very affordable. One of the best parts is being able to prepare your own bowl exactly how you like it choosing your own meats, vegetables, sauces, and seasonings. Everything was well-stocked, clean, and fresh.
The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming. You definitely get great value for the price, and the portions are generous. It’s perfect if you enjoy customizing your meal and trying different combinations.
I will definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone looking for delicious food, good prices, and a fun, personalized dining experience!

First time trying this place and I was pleasantly pleased!! For a no frills, basic decor, plain Jane place the food was excellent and fresh with a great selection of protein, veggies, seasonings and sauces, the staff went out out of their way to help, we will be going back and I highly recommend it to yall as well!!

So… I tried The Golden Bowl Mongolian restaurant last night on grammar lane…. And this is what I was met with…
I got the titan bowl to go, got home started eating it and it tasted off… stirred my noodles around and boom. RAW MEAT!!!
I called them, they told me I could come back up there so I did,
When I got there I simple said I wanted my money back and THEY REFUSED!!!!
Told me to pick something else out because they don’t give $$ back.
I can understand that concept if someone simply didn’t like the food they picked, but this is a whole different story.
I asked 5.. FIVE times for my money back and they denied..
Finally after me asking a random couple that was in there
“ if you got food like this, would you eat something else they “cook” or would you want your money back…” they left….
After going back and forth, and the couple leaving they finally gave me my money back…
Long story short, yeah I’ll NEVER return.

We tried the orange chicken bowl with lo mein noodles and a make your own bowl. The chicken was cut into too large of pieces and in spite of being fried too a golden appearance they were a bit on the tough to chew side. The lo mein noodles were done al dented and laid in a rich dark sauce that was very good. The build your own bowl was built with the attentive assistance of the staff and comprised of thinly cut beef straps with pieces of chicken with stir fried rice and lo mein noodles. Although the cut up broccoli floret pieces were blanched and the beef was also a bit on the tough and chewy, the food was served quickly, hot and in large portions. Both of the bowls were tasty and had very good flavor. The whole “Mongolian” grill style was a good experience and maybe still a work in progress. We recommend this for this type food andl definitely look forward to another visit.

Food’s fantastic. You should definitely try out Golden Bowl if you like fresh veggies grilled to order. We are from out of town and loved the food. The choices are not huge but the Mongolian grille Build Your Own Bowl is wonderful.
Also had shrimp lo mein and edamame. Everything was great.

So this is the second time eating from this place yet it is the first time not only dining in but in person. The first and below review was a delivery I did for my mom when she was traveling. Now I am here and wanted to check it out as my mom‘s comments were very high of this place.
I informed the waiter that it was our first time and that I needed some help and he was very kind in informing how it worked. Basically you choose noodles, rice, or another option to be your base; on top of this, you go through self-serve line, picking your proteins, anywhere from crab meat, shrimp, different types of pork, chicken and regular meat, bacon, pepperoni ham. Then you choose your veggies with a great variety. All look nice and fresh.
Then you pick your sauces which they have over 12 different options all of them clearly labeled. You can also add some spices.
Then they take it up onto the big grill, it is cooked for you and a few minutes later served.
It was really good, fresh ingredients, and very tasteful, good customer service from the waiter, all on point.
Will be back when visiting Smyrna, Tennessee, and family members will be returning as they live here.
Only negative that I would mention, the floor was very sticky, walking in and around the place, I’ve noticed this on other restaurants, and I can’t say it’s lack of hygiene, I would say, it’s the type of supplies they used to clean, which don’t give the best appearance.

Excellent food, very tasty. Great price. I could not finish my meal because there was so much food. The restaurant was very peaceful & family orientated. Check out the digital images. The one with the lowmain noodles & chicken is a half bowl. Such large servings!
