This place used to be so good. This is the 3rd time they’ve messed up my order. Wanted a chicken CAESAR salad wrap, no parm (that they flake on top). Instead got some dry, burnt chicken with shredded lettuce. No dressing whatsoever. Wish someone else would take the orders properly here. Just get the bagels and breakfast sandwiches here.

Goldbergs Bagels in Park Ridge, NJ is an absolute gem!
My favorite meal here is the toasted whole everything bagel with fresh nova lox, capers, red onions, and cream cheese. It’s always perfectly prepared and bursting with flavor. I’ve also tried their corned beef wrap, sausage, egg, and cheese, and bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches—all of which are amazing!
Their selection of flavored coffees from Arabica Coffee Roasters is wonderful, and I love their well-stocked refrigerator with various coffee creamers, almond milk, and oat milk options.
Highly recommend this place for a fantastic experience and outstanding food.

The Ultimate North Jersey Breakfast! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Goldberg’s in Park Ridge is an essential stop for anyone who appreciates an authentic New Jersey bagel. It’s a classic, no-frills spot that delivers exactly what you need to start your morning right.
The Iconic Order: You can’t go wrong with the Taylor Ham, egg, and cheese. It’s the quintessential North Jersey breakfast, served on a fresh, perfectly textured bagel.
The Perfect Pairing: For the full experience, be sure to grab an orange juice with “shum pulp” to wash it all down—the perfect nod to a classic Jersey preference!
Location: Conveniently located in the heart of Park Ridge, making it an easy pit stop for locals and visitors alike.
Summary: Between the perfectly salted bagels and the friendly, local atmosphere, Goldberg’s remains a go-to for breakfast. It’s a simple, delicious staple that never misses the mark!

I like this location. For some reason almost every bagel place has terrible feng shui, they make you crowd into a cramped corner and you are in everybody’s way while you wait for your order, or you gotta stand amongst the tables with your butt in somebody’s face. Not here though! And the bagels are good, obviously.

Place looks good, I just wanted to try it out so I got an easy order. “Chicken salad, lettuce and tomato on a wrap”. Was asked nicely will that be all so I said “I’ll take this bag of chips”. I paid for it, food came out in platter already with chips (should have mentioned)and when I got home the wrap was loaded with red onions, which I really don’t like. I will give another try, food was good after picking out red onions and I ate too many chips.

The bagels are great! Taylor ham egg and cheese on the other hand, average. Paper thin slices of taylor ham. Maybe it’s just me but when I order a THEC I expect to taste taylor ham… hopefully they can correct this since they did just recently open.

If there is one thing I can say, it is do not listen to the people on here who are claiming poor service. The staff at Goldbergs are friendly and knowledgable. They care more than most establishments. I have never had so many people make such an effort to remember my name and despite my always changing it up, every one of my orders. The food they make is some of the best in town, and I was skeptical at first, I shy from new places and I had been a loyal customer elsewhere for my whole life. But their sandwiches redefined breakfast for me.
Don’t pass them by.

I feel tricked having to give this place 1 star. It is absolutely horrific. I got chicken vegetable soup and it is nothing but broth and about 7 pieces of carrot with sediment of chicken floating around. Nasty, nasty nasty. Stay Away. The sandwich was equally as bad and the service was slow. Move on from here fast.

Just got this $10 lox sandwich from here. First of all for $10 you would think it would come with a side or something and it didn’t, and on top of that there was 1 thin piece of lox on the sandwich. For 10$ it’s not worth it. Very upset
