Amazing bagels with in and out service. People reviewing are complaining about customer service but I never had issues. You go in, grab your bagels, pay, and leave. Not much too it. Their burgers are delicious too even if that sounds weird for a bagel shop. Definitely try their cream cheese flavors. They’re so good! Lots of flavors to go too!

The bagels are delicious. Fantastic to have a great variety at a good price. Customer Service is severely lacking. I witnessed a customer being berated for bringing in her thermal mug. The signage on the door explains that no outside food/drink can be brought in (because the restaurant is kosher) but it does not explain that the kosher laws forbid them to allow empty thermal mugs. The restaurant should have clear signage about this. Beyond that, they could have told her in a much more friendly fashion about their rules. It was embarrassing. The customer was extremely understanding when I spoke to her. I would recommend this place only to buy bagels.

I’m giving this 2 starts because of the positive experience I’ve had in the past with just picking up a dozen bagels. However, I will not be coming back here again. I placed an order for pickup and walked into the restaurant to one of the workers criticizing my order and calling it gross. When I spoke up and said that’s my order he gave no apology and instead turned to me and let me know that they only had vegetarian bacon. This was not listed on the website and I ordered a BLT…. When I asked if I could change my order he just stared at me. When I asked if I could cancel the order and have my money back he just said no. After this I decided to just wait for my order which was a BLT with a little bit of cream cheese. This same guy then went back to saying that cream cheese didn’t belong on a BLT and that they should add cheddar cheese???? Like its his order??? So at this point they’ve added 3 extra slices of cheddar cheese that was not part of my order and are now loudly talking about how they need to advertise that the bacon is vegetarian. DUH?!?! At this point I just want to go home so I grab my bagel and my partners bagel from the guy and leave. When I get home I find out my partners bagel is filled with raw egg white. Like its DRIPPING out of the sandwich. Not the egg yolk…. the egg white. At this point I went out to Bullfrog and got the same order for $10 less and with all the correct ingredients. Long story short, if you want just a bagel this place is 10/10 but if you want ANYTHING else (yes this includes just a bagel that is cut and toasted) save yourself some time and money and go somewhere else.

One and Done! I would not return. Ordered 2 small coffees. No 1/2 and 1/2. “Oh well!” Had I known, I would not have wasted $5.00. We ordered a bagel w/ cream cheese and lox. It was very skimpy on the cream cheese, lox, caper, lettuce, tomato and onion. The bagel was ok.. nothing to rave about. The breakfast burrito w/ bacon was large, filling and greasy! I was expecting nice crispy bacon…instead it contained soggy, bland turkey bacon or Sizzleen. I guess because it’s a kosher bagel shop, I should not have assumed I was getting real bacon. The description on the menu states bacon or sausage. It should be clearly stated that it’s turkey bacon. I don’t mind paying a premium charge, but not for sub-par food. My order would’ve been different had I realized they did not have 1/2 and 1/2 or real bacon. Knowing that upfront, I would probably give them a 3 star rating.. because again.. the bagels are okay but their filling is sub-par.

Without a doubt the best bagels in the silver spring area. They keep kosher, which limits some options but that’s not a problem. Similarly they’re closed on Saturdays, which again isn’t a problem but I do often crave a bagel on Saturday morning.

So 15$ on bagels the sausage patty is small and “american cheese” is not American. Pretty weird tastes as well, but the bagel w butter was good I guess. Anyway I’ve had better bagels that were half the price.

I have never had any particular opinions about bagels, but this was the best bagel I’ve ever had. I got an egg and cheese on a sesame bagel and and everything stick just to try the everything seasoning. Other bagel places always have a lot of salt in their Everything bagels but this one was perfect. The bagel was so good. It made me realize why people can be such bagel snobs and now I think they’ve ruined every other bagel for me, 10/10 will be returning.

Solid breakfast/lunch place witha few exotic options. Service could be faster, but food was very tasty. Second time there and will go back.

Really good classic New York bagels. I had the egg and cheese sandwich and although I was skeptical about the suggestion of mozzarella, it was actually very good. The bagel tasted like a real bagel and not just bread.

This place was suggested to us by a friend who claims they get their dough brought in brim NYC? I don’t know for sure if that’s true. But I do know that their bagels are fantastic!! Go early if you want a good selection because they certainly do sell out! My husband loves getting his with lox, whereas I like my everything bagel plain. Just writing about this place makes me hungry. Check it out!
