If you are looking for genuine, juicy Texas style BBQ, then look no further. Gold Tooth Annie’s is one of the best barbecue eateries I’ve had since coming to Colorado.
My husband ordered a pulled pork sandwich plus coleslaw with baked beans and potato salad on the side. I got a brisket sandwich with coleslaw and potato salad on the side. The sandwiches were to die for, the meat was really tender and the coleslaw was a perfect pair to go with and one of the best we’ve ever had. My husband also got a stuffed jalapeño pepper and he claims it was great. It was wrapped with bacon and stuffed with cream cheese and brisket with a sweet bourbon glaze on the outside.
I’ll definitely come back here again. Mr. Mike is a great guy with some even better BBQ.

Probably the best BBQ on south side! Not to mention the service is humorous and enjoyable. Michael, Martin, & Steven are all characters that put the fun into business and the loving flavor into BBQ. We will most certainly be coming back!

This is my first time visiting and I must say, it is amazing! The meat is juicy and so tasty. The pulled pork sandwich is something I really craved and this business met that inch with flying colors.
Being that I’m from the south, the state of Georgia, I can safely say the meat is definitely Southern quality and passes my test of approval.
I highly recommend this place to your friends and family. If you are in town, be sure to check this place out, surely you will not be disappointed either.

Stephen has got this BBQ dialed in!! Had the ribs, Texas Twinkies, mac n cheese, beans. All were great. My favorite definitely the Twinkie – jalapeno w/ cream cheese, brisket, wrapped in bacon, rubbed and smoked…off the hook! As a chef/instructor I try to have my student cook with this kind of detail and care. Bravo Stephen, keep doing what you’re doing.

Texan here, this place is remarkable, my mouth is watering just thinking about the meat. I’ve had Texas BBQ all over Texas and Michael makes the best beef ribs I’ve ever had, and he’s tied for the best brisket. Sides were great as were the pulled pork and sausage. Only regret is I didn’t dry the Texas Twinkies. Maybe next time. Thanks, Michael for cooking for our crew.

So I hit Gold Tooth Annie’s for the first time tonight and let me tell you I was not disappointed! The Rk Prime Cheddar sausage is absolutely delicious and brisket was so moist and tasty! I can’t wait to come back and try it all! Oh and the owner Mike is about as genuine as they come. He alone makes the trip worth while, we showed up after he was closed but he still welcomed us like family and said he had food left so he might as well sell it!

This was our first time trying the barbecue at Gold Tooth Annie’s. We ordered the smoked sausage and cole slaw. The smoked sausage is supposed to be something special custom made in another city. It looked good. The taste is okay, not notable. It has quite a bit of some kind of cheese tasting filler in it. You’ll see in the photos. Maybe 15% or more is the cheese filler, so when you bite down on the sausage it compresses, making it difficult to break the the skin/casing. It’s not so easy to eat on a bun. The cole slaw is fine, but a little plain. The bill was $45 for the four links and not quite full pint of cole slaw to go, ouch.
