If I could give a negative 5 I would my friend and I went there yesterday March 5th at 1130 for my lunch break the server was very rude we order 4 cheese Coney’s and cheese fries asked server to make sure cheese is melted on top of fries she said if my manager lets me we are not allowed to use the microwave then we asked for extra cheese so she took our order we looked over she was just standing there talking to the cook while he prepared our order anyways after 15 minutes of wait time our food finally came the fries were burned no extra cheese buns were hard she didn’t come back to make sure everything was good with the food just went back talking to the cook didn’t even ask if we wanted a go cup Luke every other gold star does we live in Cincinnati for over 30 years always went to goldstar never had a problem like like we will never go back to that location ever again be aware if u love goldstar go to another location

Great food and service. Freshly cooked burger and fries. Special heavenly sauce was a different take of mayo, mustard and other seasonings. 4 way loaded with cheese and beans. Server attentive. Burger with lettuce, lots of pickles, tomato and slice of cheese on a fresh bun.

What a lovely time my Granny and I had today! Matt not only provided us with excellent service, but also cooked our wonderful food himself! In a world full of chaos in which great customer service is hard to come by, Our experience Today was refreshing and delightful! Everything was fine at the Gold Star except for entrance into the parking lot. It’s a common driveway and not obvious as you drive by. We had to go turn around and come back as you had to enter at the driveway for the United Dairy Farmers.

This is a good location considering the riff raff at all of the other restaurants in Hartwell. Nice staff, and the food is prepared correctly and warm. I go here and skip everything else in that area.

Service was bad!!! Three employees in the store and a child. My boyfriend and I and one other customer. Child about 11-12 filling styrofoam cups with cheese with her I assume mother. Then when the other customer left the child with the same gloves she had on filling cups with cheese was sent to clean the table where the customer was dining. Then used her sweatshirt sleeve to dry the table. Had to ask for drink refills! Food took a long time to get to us when the other customer was already eating when we arrived, and it was incorrect when it arrived. Lady said it wasn’t put in like we ordered it. She did correct it swiftly though. But the child filling cups and washing tables was absolutely ridiculous. Bad experience.
