Today I stopped into Gold Star Chili in Mt. Orab on my way to a roof repair with one of my employees. We were immediately greeted by Angela, the manager on duty, who made us feel right at home.
We already knew what we wanted — two cheese coneys for me, and a regular 3-way for him. How can you go wrong with a Cincinnati classic? The food came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The restaurant itself was spotless, and the atmosphere was welcoming.
Big shoutout to Angela and her crew for the great service, great food, and genuine hospitality. This is exactly how every Gold Star should be run. Keep up the great work!

Wasn’t too mad about the fry, but when I got home I noticed the chicken wasn’t even cut AT ALL. Then when I went to cut it was literally burnt to a crisp through so bad I couldn’t cut it. The Ranch was warm as well. And now I’m waiting on the phone to speak to a manager for 10 minutes after having to hang up and call for the SECOND time to complain, validly, just to be put off AGAIN. This is crazy. I’ve worked plenty of food places, I can understand mistakes but to ignore them afterwards is a bit much. Plus they was not busy, so I’m not sure where the problem was.

Great service! I didn’t get the chicken pecan salad this time, although it is an awesome salad! Like all fast food and groceries now days, prices are through the roof and not as affordable, not eating out as often.

Went to Betgel Gold star for the three cheese for $6 and the 3,4,5 ways $6.00 also why aren’t you serving the same thing you are advertising Gold star???
Alot less cheese on this deal coney sauce very watery!!!!! So the way I see this water it down less cheese and you still make ymthe same $$$$ without giving the customer a deal?????

Today on the Galligan Family GoldStar world tour, we stopped by Bethel Gold Star. The food as always is delicious. The service was awesome, all the servers watch to cover the customers needs. We needed refills our server was busy taking another tables order the other server came over and offered to full our drinks for us. That is great team work and great customer service. Favorite for me. There chili is never watery and taste the same as every location. Locations differ where you go but the favorite ones I like are bethel, ameila and Eastgate. Always get your food fast and service is always good.
