Disappointed with the chili here. It was way too watery and lacked flavor, which isn’t what you expect when you’re craving chili. Overall, it just didn’t hit the mark and left a lot to be desired.

Very clean restaurant. We are the only people in here at the time. Servers were friendly and nice. Being a Skyline fan myself I’ll say the coneys and 5 way we’re good, different but good.

Another visit a month later… and another screwed up order. This time, I clarified my order 3 times over the speaker and double checked the printed out receipt to make sure it was correct. And yet, when I got home, the order was WRONG AGAIN!! Does this location hire people who can’t read or speak English, or are they just totally incompetent?? I gave this location another chance and got burned in the exact same way. NEVER AGAIN!! Won’t be surprised if this location goes out of business in the near future due to its bad service.

When I request “no onions” on my cheese coneys multiple times at the drive-thru, I expect my cheese coneys to be supplied without onions. This is not the first time that this has happened and I’m getting very tired of it. Guess I need to find another fast food restaurant to go to.

Chili was cold. When we told our server, she told her manager and she just rolled her eyes at us and proceeded to talk about us while we were paying our bill. Very disappointed because that was one of our favorite locations!

Again the drive thru screwed up my order. It is a bit ridiculous 1 out of ever 2 times the order is wrong or missing items. From reading other reviews, this is a consistent problem at this location. You would think management would take a bit more pride in customer service

Talking to a customer about working when she turns 16 while I waited for my 3 dogs to go. Why not get rid of the 58 yr old dad and go full on conversation after I left. I admire the drive of the 15 year old and the young staff educating her on employment but not while slowing my service.
