Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and garlic Parmesan fries, OMG. The fries were deliciously hot and covered in just the right amount of sauce. I returned to this Gold Star location for dinner. Like my visit 2 years earlier, I had a 5 star experience. The staff was welcoming and attentive. On this occasion, our server was Brianna who made our visit enjoyable and satisfying. I have to say that this restaurant consistently has great service with friendly, upbeat employees. In addition to the great staff, the restaurant is inviting and clean as well as the bathroom. Also the outside of the restaurant was clearly maintained. Plus, I wanted to make sure to capture the BBQ Chicken Salad’s generous portion. It was good and I was able to have enough for another meal. You can tell that the owner and the staff take pride in their business. It shows when you go there.

I moved out of Ohio a few years ago and I miss Gold Star terribly. On my most recent visit to town, we visited this location, and it was great! I hadn’t seen it since they refurbished the inside, and it looked amazing. All the staff members were sweet high school kids, and they were doing an awesome job! We were all pleased with what we ordered. I’ll be sure to come back to this specific location the next time I’m in town again!

Delicious food and fast, courteous service. Couple of servers working the floor, easy to get refills, etc. The owner Sam was there too and working alongside employees – checking on patrons, bringing drinks, and helping bus tables. Have been before and will definitely go again!

We enjoy eating here since they have a fair amount of options. Their salads are generous and good, burgers & chicken very good, fries always fresh & hot (at least when we go) and everyone is very nice. But this has been true since they first opened here in Ross: they are not generous with their chili, or beans. I’ve had 4 ways w beans that I really saw more of spaghetti than chili & beans and my chili cheese sandwiches hardly have any chili on them; mostly bun. So, if I’m really in the mood for a 4 way, I’m going across the street.

This location never disappoints!! The owners are very nice and do a lot for the Ross community!! The burgers are soooo good!!! They’re cooked fresh to order and the sauce they use is very delicious!
