Clean restaurant and bathrooms. Service was prompt and friendly. Food was fresh and great tasting. We ordered 3 different bacon cheeseburgers and a chicken sandwich, all of us agreed they were good. I am personally impressed even though I am not a burger person. Our fries were perfect as well.

My server Lynnette was great. Very friendly and good service. Food was ok, but when I was eating I could hear the staff talking. Very inappropriate topics to be discussing at work in earshot of the dining area. I’ll spare the details but should not be talking in such a way at work where customers can hear it. That’s just my thoughts. Also, when I went to pay no one was there. The front of the house and kitchen was empty. I waited for 5 minutes to pay. I could have just left but I didn’t. I would suggest a bit of training here. They were all a nice bunch but need leadership at their work. Even a fast food chain. That is why McDonald’s is #1, they train their people not just expect them to be great without training and they don’t fire them so quickly. They invest in their people. That’s what Gold Star needs. Show your people that you care about them and train them and they will deliver. This is what is needed at this location. Thanks to Lynnette. She was very sweet.

If i was the owner id check on my employees and managers. Have been dining in a few times and noticed inappropriate behavior towards a male manager and a female worker. The female worker I’m speaking of has a constant attitude, eye rolling, huffing and puffing. The service is just horrible and something’s definitely going on behind the scenes with the way these 2 act in front of customers.

Honestly, I love their food. It’s kind of hard to mess up chilli dogs, though. And, while I expect a lot of struggles in food service especially now a days, the service here is just awful. I don’t blame the people who run the window or serve, from what I can see, it comes down to poor management and a lack of people on staff. I watched the manager simply stand and count a drawer while the only person running the drive through right before close was left by himself. I give props to that man, but if you come here, definitely don’t expect to get your food quickly regardless.

The staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful, making the visit even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the food accuracy; my order was perfect! And despite the potential rush, the food was served in a timely manner.
For those on the go, the drive-thru is quick and efficient. Plus, the prices are great, making it an excellent value.
Overall, I give this Gold Star location a solid 10/10! Highly recommended for Gold Star fans and anyone looking for a delicious and convenient meal.
