Love me some gold star that was my feelings but lately it so bad I just left there the food was sub par I ordered a 3 way I might have gotten half of one maybe cold portion and ordered a chocolate shake they look good it was a big ball of ice cream and 2 thirds cup of whip cream I always tip inside drive thru and even to go but the girl in there is hateful always giving me the evil eye I’m going to switch up and go to skyline maybe they will do better it’s their loss

I will never eat there again there food is good but the service was absolutely horrible my buddy told them he had 25 dollars exactly and they charger for two and we did not ask making him go over his limit costimg at $38.04 i saw one of the cooks was nit even working was on her phone and they dont even get new cups one of the cups were damaged and told thrm cause it started leaking we told are waiter and they said its ok and they dont even clean there dishes and skyline chilli i will go to skyline anyday

The food and atmosphere were really good. I gave service 3 stars because the staff member at the register had an attitude when I was telling her my order. She was short with me and I felt disrespect because I asked for a chili spaghetti and she interrupted me and said WE call it a 3 way. I didn’t have time to say “chili, spaghetti and cheese”.

UPDATE- A YEAR LATER AND STILL CANT GET BACON ON A BACON CHEESEBURGER! This gold star used to be the best and now the cooks can’t get a basic order right on a consistent basis.
This is LITERALLY the 5th time in a row they’ve made a pretty simple burger completely wrong. I’ve called multiple times and spoken to multiple different WOMEN who all say the GM isn’t in. Just called again because my burger is once again wrong and they answered the phone snickering, yelling/cussing and ignored me to keep yelling/playing with her coworker.
I’ve been a line cook for a long time and I get mistakes happen, I tried to let it roll off the first two times but this year, it’s been wrong every time. For spending $16-20+ per person for fast food I’d atleast like to get my order correct

Dining in while eating a man walked in we thought he was homeless he walked behind where the food was started touching things food ice etc. No gloves nothing he looked very filthy !!!! I asked our waitress if he worked there. She hesitated and said he kind of fixes things around here. He proceed to stand next to the food took his dentures out of his mouth!!! waved them around put them back in his mouth. Then proceeded to get a fan that looked like it came from the trash and plugged it in again all on top of where the food is prepared and touched things again never washing his hands or putting on gloves!!! Me and my husband were disgusted!!! Our poor waitress looked mortified as she apologized we politely paid our bill and left!!!! Our waitress has been there forever and us always great!! the food was good but , now I can’t help but think if he does this alot!! Sadly I will not return to this goldstar

Sat at the drive-through speaker for five minutes when there was one car in front of me and then sat at the window for another 10 minutes waiting on food while I watched them do everything else, but bag of my food and hand it to me. Watch them hand out DoorDashes and fill up ice buckets. Very bad service do better
