My miso ramen was absolutely superb– perfectly seasoned broth, perfectly cooked fresh ramen noodles with a slice of ridiculously tender pork.

I’m a local of the area, and I have been to most all other Sushi places in town, and this is the only place I didn’t wanna write a review for, (for selfish reasons) but this places deserve the review.
Ok! So my husband and I walked into Gold Coast Sushi around late October, and we were absolutely blown away. From the basics of cleanliness, service, and attention to detail. But the quality of fish is the real highlight. I won’t describe how it tastes or what made me write this review in the first place. I will just politely ask, “Give this place a try?” My only gripe is that with quality comes cost, this is not a “cheap dinner” and in this time setting of (2025) cost is an extremely important part of any person alive right now. If not for that, this review would 100% be 5 stars.

I randomly came across this sushi place and was really happy I stopped in for dinner. The menu had a lot of variety, and everything I had was delicious. The fish tasted fresh and I’ll definitely need to come back and try their ramen!
The waitress was very attentive, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was nice. It would be a great place to go on a date to with your loved one, or a place to catch up with an old friend.
As they’re new, they didn’t have a liquor license yet, but that was fine. They offered a variety of drinks and teas on their menu.
Highly recommend giving them a try!

This place is incredible. The staff is so sweet and always treat us like we are the only customers in the restaurant! The fish is very fresh. We love the 10 piece special and the jalapeno yellowtail. The best sushi in SCV hands down.

This place is Newhalls most underrated restaurant. Been many times and the food is always phenomenal. The restaurant itself is very welcoming and nicely decorated. Their ramen is great, keeps me from having to drive into LA for good ramen! If you are looking for a nice, quaint sushi and ramen spot in Santa Clarita, this is the place to go.

Great food and atmosphere! We got the spicy tuna crispy rice, salmon sushi, salmon roll, dragon roll and mango roll. The chef gave us a sashimi dish for free which was very delicious! Seating is limited but the atmosphere is cute and welcoming! Service was a little slow to be seated, but after that the food came out quickly and waitresses checked on us often. Would highly recommend. We drove ~20 mins and it was well worth it! Will definitely be coming back soon!

The place is very nice, a little upscale compared to other sushi place in the area. The price is normal but you need some adds on for toppings make it slightly expensive for the ramen. The presentation is nice but the food taste is just ordinary, I don’t feel the difference with other sushi and ramen places. The highlight for me is the location at the historical Newhall. We can stroll around before and after eating

The amaebi was incredibly fresh and plump, showcasing the quality of the ingredients. The mango salmon boldly married fresh fruit sticks with tender salmon and sticky rice. Even the seemingly simple cucumber avocado salad was elevated by a nuanced dressing that perfectly balanced sweet, salty, and sour notes with crisp vegetables. And the miso soup was a comforting classic executed flawlessly with a harmonious blend of green onion, soft tofu, and miso.

I am only giving a 5 star on the Raman I tried and the roll. The kara Miso Ramen was the spicy version of the miso Raman, and it was definitely spicy. I love spice, so now you know it’s spicy. I did get an avocado roll, but it was sloppy and not too presentable. Maybe there was a new sushi chef, but it was still good. My partner tried the fried octopus, and it was not chewy. It’s has a good flavor. The sauce that comes with was a good pair. Come try them out!

If you appreciate delicious food, great service, and relaxing music that let’s you speak at a normal volume; then this is the place for you. The ramen choices are all excellent. If you are lucky, you should try the yellow tail collar. It’s an absolute delicatessen.
