Great wings at first their wings were skinny with no meat but they stepped up now their wings aren’t small and got meat. Before they were under cutting me and not giving me the number of amount of wings. But I gave them a second chance and they improved a lot my go to wing spot.

I have rode past this place many, many times when I came to the area to shop. To my surprise and delight this eatery is crazy good. The wings were juicy and tender. The shrimp fried rice had actual shrimp in it and was absolutely delicious. I am so sorry I haven’t went there before, but now I am hooked. If you live in Buford you “know” that overall the food scene here is lacking in quality and good customer service. But little eatery makes up for it. Definitely check them out. You will not be disappointed!

Horrible experience and the “owner” thought i was a fool. I had a birthday dinner last week and ordered 5 orders of veggie egg rolls. I was disappointed when i went to cut them and saw meat inside. Once i noticed i immediately called the store and was told that it was not meat it was one of the vegetables. I asked them what vegetable it is and they could not give me an answer. I went back the next day and they offered a store credit while continuing to tell me that this was not meat but a vegetable. I do not eat meat and had guests allergic to pork attending so the egg rolls went to waste. I spoke to a guy who said he was the owner who tried to argue with me that what i saw and showed him was not meat but it was tofu and it turned that color because of it being deep fried, insulting my intelligence. As a frequent eater of tofu, i let him know i know the difference. He continuously tried to tell me “it’s not meat i am trying to teach you something here. That is tofu” and gave me much push back when i stated i did not want a credit but want a refund to my original payback. After a while he was finally able to “figure out” how to refund my money to my card and still told me he asked the cooks in the back and they confirmed it was tofu. I usually come here for the rice and have recommended many because i liked the food. After this experience they will never see me or get my money or recommendation again! Horrible! You can see the picture and know it is meat!!

Figured we would try it for lunch. Wings were very good! We got the honey parm and had never seen that before. They were amazing. Great size and great deal. Will be back. Great assortment of flavors.

First time visitor. I ordered the 10 piece wings for $7.99. Hot Buffalo, ordered crispy with ranch. The wings are very good but the flats are very very small, could have been a little crispier, the portion of ranch they give you for the amount of wings is too small, no complementary ice water or wipes. No carrots or celery or garnish on the side. Even dine in order you have to eat in a to go styrofoam container. Suggestions: for sit down ordered use a reusable basket with paper, provide a reusable ramekin for ranch or blue cheese, add a little garnish on the side. Don’t allow employees to talk on their personal phone in front of dine in customers

My place to go when I’m up here. I love the crisp fried wings & beef fried rice combo & many flavors. Best fried rice I had in awhile. Taste good like when J. Wings use to be. The wings here absolutely met my expectations! Everything was just so good! From the reasonable pricing to the quality and quantity of the food, from start to finish it was great! This location is absolutely the best wing place I’ve been to in a while and it was such a golden treat finding this wing place! Small non Fatty wing, good fried rice with light egg. I got the combo with the peach drink. I will come back crispy wing with good amount of sauce. Chilli sauce is spicy but with lots of flavor.

When I received my order, the wings were covered in butter sauce and extremely over-seasoned, which is the exact opposite of what I asked for.
I asked the cashier to call the cook/owner. The man who came out of the kitchen insisted the wings were dry and said, “That’s how they come.”
When I explained that I’ve ordered dry lemon pepper wings at other places like American Deli, and they’ve never come with butter sauce, he became very rude, accused me of lying, and even threatened to call the American Deli owner to “prove” his point — despite the fact that I had already paid for my food.
Rather than offering a solution, his response was argumentative, unprofessional, and disrespectful.
I calmly requested a refund, which was eventually given, but the interaction was completely unnecessary.
I’m sharing this because good customer service matters, and the way this was handled was unacceptable.
Beware: wings were not prepared as ordered, and concerns were met with hostility instead of professionalism.
