They redid the inside. Bad idea on their part! My family has been going there for years, and now, it’s uninviting! When you walk in, you either can go right to the party room or you can go straight ahead where there’s two tables. That is after you order and ask them for your plates and your silverware and if you can get a refill on your pop! THE NEW SET UP….. NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AND TRASHY!

I have loved Godfathers pizza since I was a little girl. I always order the combo or taco pizza on original crust. The last 3 times that I’ve ordered it the crust is different. And not different in a good way. It has a strange texture and taste. It’s spongey and just terrible. I’ve always been okay with paying more for Godfathers pizza because I love it so much. You know as well as I do that it is much more costly than other pizza places in omaha. This evening I ordered a medium taco and medium combo and it cost $51.00. It isn’t edible. It’s terrible. Sadly, this will be the last time that I will order Godfathers ever again unless you bring back the original crust that used to be so good. I’ve given it 3 chances and wasted good money 3 times. I can’t be the only customer to have this complaint.
Do your company and customers a favor and change the original crust back to the way it used to be!

Order pizza 10/25. I got a phone call saying they canceled my order because it was placed at 9:40pm. No biggie. But I checked today and they did IN FACT charge me. I called the restaurant and they said there’s nothing they can do. Some damn thieves!

Went here for work. Everyone was incredibly courteous, even if I barely interacted with them; as an introvert, I find this to be most important. Courtesy isn’t a phase, it’s a mindset.
I asked for pizza and other things above what was expected. Instead of insult or belittle me, they delivered. Most rare.

I ordered the lunch special that was on their website and was told they don’t honor that because they were a corporate store not a franchise. Sounds like bait and switch or false advertising to me. So I called the corporate office and they hung up on me twice with out ever talking to me. So now instead of a $7.00 lunch, they wanted me to add a side for their current special, so now they want me to pay over $18.00. Time to find a new pizza store. Or let them hire me for some much needed customer service training from a professional.

Once upon a time, you were in San Antonio, TX. Then, like overnight, you disappeared. Have you considered reentering our market? San Antonio has grown a lot since you were here. I’m sure people that remember your pizza would welcome you back. The last time you were here was around the early 80s. Yes, lots of pizza places from chains to Mom/Pop. I think you can compete well.

Godfather should be embarrassed at the product they put out in truck stops around the country your pizza is dry and horrible it says we don’t skimp on the cheese but there isn’t any cheese or sauce 90% bread you should check in to all of the godfather’s pizzas in truck stops that you have service and product is not good
