We were excited to try Godfather’s Pizza at this location inside Love’s. The first time we stopped in, they weren’t officially open yet, but we were able to grab slices from the Love’s counter—and the pizza was actually really good! We enjoyed it so much, we came back the very next day hoping for more.
Unfortunately, what we saw completely ruined the experience for us.
Once again, Godfather’s wasn’t open, but they had slices available near the register. As we were walking by to grab a few other items first, we witnessed something absolutely disgusting: an employee was sitting on the counter—directly on the pizza. Yes, actually sitting on the pizza. At first, it seemed like he didn’t even realize it, but he stayed there for several minutes. When he finally got up, it was obvious he knew—there was pizza all over the back of his pants.
That image stuck with us. My son and I were completely disgusted and immediately lost our appetite. We won’t ever go back to this location again. I wish I had taken a picture, because this kind of thing is completely unacceptable, especially when it comes to food safety.

Good place! Pizza was hot and delicious. They didn’t have strawberries bites, but nice girl (evening shift June 1) brought them in about 5 minutes. Service is very good!Our dinner took for about 15 minutes, what is very important on the way.

Great new location inside a new Love’s Truck Stop. Food is great. I grabbed some wings to go (I was parked on the fuel island and nowhere else to park). Tried calling ahead but no one would answer the phone. Got inside and no customers were anywhere around (so they weren’t too busy to answer the phone). There was a container (wings) marked FULL ORDER but weren’t very pleasant looking (overcooked) so I grabbed 2 (what looked like half orders) 6 piece containers. Only to find out after purchasing that a FULL order is 10 pieces. So I was charged $8.99 per container. I asked about the price and the lady working said that they weren’t HALF order (but the other container was marked FULL ORDER leading me to believe the others were HALF). I complained about the misleading of the markings and she said she would fix another FULL order but it would be almost 30 minutes (I was parked on the fuel island). Obviously the FULL order had been sitting there a long time because they were overcooked this leading everyone to but the 6 piece containers for a MUCH higher price! The FULL ORDER was 10 pieces at a price of $12.99…. this 8s a scam forcing drivers to pay much higher prices for the wings they want. The 6 piece wings were cooked perfectly…

Quality bad and I love gf pizza but this is the worst I have ever had. Ridiculous service and was cold and bland with carry lol sauce on the two pizzas I got. I don’t like to give bad reviews but this one needs to be known. They used to be really good but the last couple times I have ordered a to go take out it’s been sub par and slow and confused workers.
