I have been here four times so far, and each time my food is perfect. Miss Frani is such a sweet lady who always takes my orders, she is so kind, knowledgeable and fast at her job. She cooks it fresh as I order it and communicates with me on how long it has left. If you’re in a hurry, they have mini pizzas to go, or you can order a pizza and sit in their inside dining area and enjoy it. I find their prices are reasonable, same as other pizza places. ☺️

Went there tonight as we often do. My daughter ordered her pizza then went into the Loves store to get drink and pay for her pepperonia pizza telling Godfather employee what she was doing as we always do. Infact she tried to order two pizzas and was told they were out of ingredients to make the second pizza. We waited quite a long time for the pizza. And when she went check on the order with her paid receipt she was told they did not make the pizza and refused by the manager to make it. Manager was very rude to her and even refused to tell her name. I have never heard a manager talk so rudely and with no respect to a customer the way she did.

Had their pizza tonight and it was great! Loved the Golden Crust, especially for the personal size as there’s more crunchy crust per square inch of the toppings. Took a little while because it’s a new location, but soon they will be a well-oiled machine. Service was very good and the overseeing manager was super helpful. We’ll be back soon and often!

My family and I went eat at Godfather’s tonight. It was my husband, me, our 2 kids, and my parents. We go there at least 2 to 3 times a week. We do our normal routine and order the pizza first and pay for it with our drink from Loves. (to get the mini pizza discount) I ordered my husband a mini pepperoni and tried to order me a bbq pizza or a Hawaiian pizza. They were out of both of the ones I wanted. No big deal I told her just make the mini pepperoni pizza and
I was gonna pay for it at the gas station. I said thanks and I would be back. I went get his drink and paid for the pizza combo. I waited a little over 2o minutes and I went ask the girl for his pizza. The worker then tells me I didn’t order the pizza from her I just walked away without talking to her. Now by this time our 3 year Austim boy is done sitting still and is screaming and banging his head ready to go. I told her I did order the pizza and I really need it fast and told her about my son. She continues to argue with me about whether I ordered it or not. When I showed her my receipt she still refused to make the pizza. Now I wanted to talk to a Manger and here comes the manager. Who was standing there the whole time listening and watching this. She tells me that they don’t do that, where I can pay at loves and get a pizza from them. Their policy has changed. And everytime I went to talk to the manager the employee would cut me off. When I finally told the employee to let me talk, the manager precedes to tell me to stop being rude to her employee. Now I never once cursed or raised my voice at either one of them. I just wanted my husbands pizza we paid for. Little to say I didn’t get no where’s with her. So I had to get a refund and he left mad and hungry. And when I wanted to make a complaint she refused to give me a number to call or their names. But I know the managers name is Lisa bc her employee called out her name right after they told me I couldn’t have it. We will not be eating Godfathers for a long time. They lost alot of business when all they had to do was cook 1 mini pepperoni pizza.

Excellent pizza. It was a nice surprise to see it in the area as I hadn’t had any since the late 1980s. My daughter took one bite and it is now her favorite pizza too.

The manager of this place refused to cook a fresh pizza that I had already paid for. Worst customer service ever experienced! Luckily the gas station was able to give me a refund.
