I ordered a veggie pizza unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience especially considering the $27 price.
The pizza was extremely soggy, and the crust was completely stuck to the box. When I tried to pick up a slice, it fell apart and was nearly impossible to eat, as shown in the attached photo.
I’m not sure what went wrong in the preparation, but the quality was far below expectations. If I could rate this experience zero stars, I would. Based on this, I would not recommend this location to others.
I hope the team takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements.

11-20-25 5:00 pm, If the young man named Michael is the one at counter dont waste your time. I think his work priorities are not in order. He left me and a lady standing at register for 10 minutes with out even acknowledging. When asked for help he didnt even turn around to respond..he just responded lol by saying hang on. Then he took the lady first when I was there 5 minutes before her…which was OK with me (ladies first) but rude on his behalf in my opinion…when he told me my order would take 20 minutes I asked “another 20?” And he said yeah then that’s when I got worried…maybe I should been quite cause now Im worried about my wings. With the unprofessionalism showed l wouldn’t put a lot of things past him. Look at the video he left that man there standing also with no acknowledgement for minutes so he just walked away.

Guy made my pizza wrong so been standing here for 45 minutes waiting on pizza. Figured for inconvenience id be offered a discount or something. Guy is very short and rude to other customers. Ill stop at the loves up the road next time.

10-31-24. Hours are listed at 1000-2200. Went in at 1900 to order a pizza and was told “we stop making food at 1600 and we close at 2000”. With a smart ass attitude. Totally ridiculous hours for a truck stop.

I live in Crown Point, IN and didn’t realize until I hit submit that it was the Channahon, IL location (over an hour away) that was selected for my order. I immediately called the Channahon store. Karina was amazing, over the top professional and understanding. She redirected me to her manger. Karina must have placed the phone down and I could hear the male manager negatively discussing me. Stating to the manager on the phone…”this lady is blowing up my phone. If she can’t afford $12 then she shouldn’t be ordering pizza.” His conversation continued on with him verbalizing how annoyed he was that I was requesting a refund on my $29.15 order. Eventually he came to the phone at which time I advised him that I could hear him negatively discussing me. All I was trying to do was what any other consumer would do in my situation. Which was to receive a refund for goods that I did not and would not receive. I politely made him aware that unfortunately I overheard him. When I asked for his name because I WILL BE REPORTING this to the corporate office he hung up on me. My family orders from Godfather’s regularly. I’m just glad it’s not from this location. This manager is a poor representation of the service that we are accustom too. Kudos to Karina. As for the manager extremely shameful!!!!! I am leaving my review EVERDAY until I have been completely refunded!
