It’s not the *greatest* pizza – never has been – but it’s good. It’s just very nostalgic for me. The people working here are always pleasant, and accommodating. The quality is the same every single time. Like I said, the pizza is only *good*, but that’s b/c of the ingredients. The folk working here make it the absolute best it can possibly be every time, given what they have to work with. I stop here every time my clock is gonna run out and I’m going to be in the area just b/c of this place.

Came to get a slice and the serving display was completely empty….asked the staff if they were making any pizzas to sell by the slice and was told they don’t sell slices….when I asked how it was that they had a display that was on when they don’t sell slices they said well we aren’t selling them right now and wanted me to buy an $8 mini pizza…..place is a joke….

Loves-ly is the only way to describe my experience. The pizza is second to none but all pizza is good. This is something else..! I think the manager’s name was Andrew, but shout-out to the whole Loves travel stop for having such a genuine and wholesome team!!! Keep doing what you’re doing yall!

Atmosphere is very busy not a very quiet place due to being a truck stop. But their pizza is very good we had a cheeseburger pizza. It had plenty of pickles and onions no short amount of food on the pizza. I would recommend this pizza to anyone who loves onions and bacon pickles and much more! There was not a lot of seating but there was some. But it is not their fault it is a truck stop so there’s many things or places in the truck stop!

This place has literally messed me order up every single time I’ve ordered since they opened I don’t understand how that’s even possible. But I keep trying because I have a deep nostalgia for the old Godfather’s that was in Dunes Place when I was younger. This last time, they actually got my order correct BUT the pizza is significantly smaller than it was not even two weeks ago when I last got it. I asked the guy about it and he just said the box was different and made it looked smaller. Which is absurd but I opened it nonetheless to look and sure enough, the pizza is waaaaay smaller. Smaller pizza, no change in price. Has gotten my order correct one time out of about 12. Unless you want overpriced, incorrectly then I wouldn’t recommend.

Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. I called ahead and was told 15-20 minutes to make my 2 pizza order. When I arrived they said it would be another 8 minutes, which turned into 20. Completely forgot to put in my cheesesticks, and never once so much as apologized. What a sad, slow group of people.

I stopped in here on 7/6/2024 and ordered the taco pizza and cheese sticks. There were three men working. One was in the back prep room, one at the register and one making the pizzas. The large heavy set bald man running the register kept saying this isn’t fast food to a client before me. The lady didn’t want to wait 15 minutes. He told her to go to McDonald’s. He also was saying he can make more money working at a factory. He didn’t like his job and made it clear. I was next in line and I ordered a taco pizza and cheese sticks. The skinny guy making the pizzas was extremely professional. He should be promoted to manager. He told his co-worker to knock it off and work. This young man even tried explaining to the customer before me that he can make her a hot pizza asap. Unfortunately, she was upset by the bald man’s comments. This young man made my order and it was excellent! He also cleaned the dining area and was pleasant. The third man was busy in the kitchen. This location can be excellent if they can appreciate this young man and train him to be a manager. As for the bald man, he was friendly but people can take his jokes as insults if they’re not used to that type of sense of humor.
