Came to the location and attempted to order a 6 piece wing. It is on the menu. He states the manager will not allow me to order a 6 piece wing I have to order a 10 piece wing. I said then why is it on the menu. He said I understand what you are saying but I can’t make less than a 10 piece wing. He said the store makes more money by selling a $14 10 piece. So I was not allowed to order what I wanted, and it was clearly on the menu, because it wasn’t enough?

The workers are not to be trusted to give accurate information about the freshness of the food. They’ll sell you chicken wings that are way past the hold time. If you like puking chicken wings hours after eating them then go ahead and eat those hours old wings from the display case.

Very friendly even as I walked in 10 minutes before closing… (during Christmas week!) ♂️ I was on the road to see my family for Christmas, enduring a 11 hour drive. I stopped in for fuel and got great service. A great meal cost me less than $12 and I had plenty to eat on all the way home. The pizza was hot and fresh and there was no hesitation to accept my order even though I was the last guy of the day.

Stopped at Love’s Truck Stop. Filled up with good gas price. Plenty of parking. Convenience store to snack up. Food options for road travelling include Subway, Chester’s Chicken, and Godfather Pizza Express. So options for all. Air conditioner was not working on this visit and felt bad for staff who worked inside with air hotter than it was outside, which was no joke. My order was delayed because staff forgot to put it in the oven but comped three chicken tenders for my troubles. Ice in main store was low and tasted like bleach. Was able to get ice in Subway section and it was fine and refilled coke that I had to toss without question from staff. Bathrooms were not as clean as Love’s normally has but they were way better than most places.

Ordered online and employees had not began to prepare our food until we arrived for pick up. We were told, “the order just came through”. Then the female employee DISAPPEARED. Another staff member prepared our order with no sense of urgency. No apology or compensation for wasting our time. Our pizza was not made correctly but we took it because we were tired of waiting.
