Third time ordering to get there and not ready. Manager always willing to be accommodating, but only if you have time to wait once you arrive or want to come another time. This pizza is VERY good. Its just such a challenge to get if your not wanting something pre-made from the case. The manager is the only one who is helpful at all. Everyone else just shrugs their shoulders.

Pretty subpar service, especially with whoever makes the pizzas. You put toppings over the entire pizza not just a thin layer over half of it like in the pic, totally not worth $7+. Crust was hard too.

This use to be my favorite pizza place until my last experience. I was so hurt they made me and my three children sit there and wait 45 minutes for a pizza that wasn’t made properly and wasn’t even cooked all the way. The staff claimed to all be managers and would not refund my money. I was on a two hour road trip. This was the worst experience of my life. Don’t bother emailing corporate either, they haven’t even acknowledged my issue. The staff play and flirt while ignoring paying customers. DO NOT EAT HERE YOU WILL GET SICK!!!

I have traveled to this location approximately five times in the past 12 months. My last two experiences were not pleasing. Today, 9/17/2023, I called the location before traveling to pick up my order; but no one EVER seems to answer the phone. I wanted verification that they had Large pizzas for sell (my last trip they didn’t ). I secured my online order for two large pizzas without any problems and used my Debit card to complete the transaction. I traveled approximately 15 miles via interstate only to find out the pizzas were not ready, and once again they were out of Large pizzas! The employees advised me they did not check to see if they had any online orders and they were out of Large pizza boxes. I spoke with management and explained that I called (no answer) before I came, and completed the online order without any problems or notifications that Large pizzas were off the menu at that location. The employees stated they do not update the online ordering system. I also questioned if I were dialing the correct number, but it appeared no one knew the phone number to the store. I then dialed the number while I was in the store in order to see if it was operational, but I just heard a busy tone. I was told that they could complete my order by using several of the smallest boxes they had in stock. I told them that was not going to be satisfactory, and I wished to cancel my order immediately. I hope this message gets to the Owner(s) and the correct adjustments, training are made immediately!
