Horrible service! ordered and paid online through their website. Walked in to pick up told us we didnt pay. Showed them my card was debited. Asked for name told me there was not a order for that name and I probably ordered from a different location. Could help. Showed them the email with confirmation for that location then say said someone closed order nd we dont have to pay. Not helpful and not apologetic for there mistake and had to wait longer cause they didnt start order.

When I order the toppings from the specialty pizzas seem to be missing!
I walked in to an employee argument which was awkward.
Then the guy on the phone who wasted my time arguing with me after a stressful day at work about a coupon that was on their website in front of his face. So after arguing over 17.99 spring deal then picking up my overly cooked food missing toppings and into an awkward teenage fight behind the counter…I can proudly say that I didn’t have a great experience here. For the price you charge, your pizza and attitudes should be much nicer than that! We all don’t like moments at our job but have some integrity over customers trying to enjoy their dinners and life too. You pay for food and the experience of the business, I paid for a hassle over burned food. The breadsticks were nearly rock hard, no flavor, super chewy and the pizza was also chewy and missing pickles and I wasn’t sure if this was the cheeseburger pizza or not but here’s my pic!

Went to Godfathers the other night with my brother. I haven’t been there for over 25 years. It still is the family friendly place I remember. The restaurant seems very clean, and there was plenty of tables available. The prices are a little high, but the food is always good. We had pizza, and buffalo chicken wings, washed down with a pitcher of beer. Everything tasted great.
We enjoyed our food, while watching the Oregon Ducks softball game, and talking with other customers, until it was closing time. An enjoyable time was had by all.

Our orders arrived with relative alacrity, and the staff at the counter were cheerful and helpful. Free refills for sodas is appreciated. The pizzas were well cooked and word delivered to our table right from the oven (instead of having your order number called and having to retrieve your order). Relatively clean restrooms.

We love Godfather’s! The pizza is just so good. Their sauce, the cook on the pizza, the browning of the cheese. Their stuffed crust is probably the best I’ve had. The breadsticks are also very good. We have never been disappointed in their pizza. Hands down my favorite local pizza place.

Absolute worst experience ever. Delivery driver once showed up so rude (dude with mustache) I literally told him to leave my house when I heard how he spoke to my disable sister. The next time I tried ordering they took my order, then called back and said they 96 my house and will not be delivering. This place is so expensive anyway, and clearly doesn’t care about their customers. I hope this gets back to the owners. More reviews coming from family with negative experiences.
