This is the first time I’ve ordered for pickup. I’ve done the quick pick up before and I haven’t had issues. We ordered and it said 45 minutes. We came an hour later just to make sure and the food still wasn’t ready. Service was pretty horrible, they were when when telling us that it wasn’t ready. They kept acting like we weren’t inconvenience to them. I asked for special instructions to have the pepperoni under the cheese and they didn’t follow the instructions. There was barely any toppings on our pizza. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

We missed dine in Godfathers so drove to Hickman from Lincoln on a Friday night. The staff was friendly and our pizza was made to order and DELICIOUS. Dining area had several tables and booths, all bussed and cleaned.Will be going back and recommending to others.

The chicken is delicious, the lady working was very professional and kind. The only complaint I have would be the chairs. The chairs have arms and are narrow and very uncomfortable for plus sized people. Good thing they have booths also. They were much more comfortable. Overall, it was a good experience.

They had a friendly staff and their pizza was at a discount because they didn’t have the mini pizza’s in stock. However, they gave you a very large slice for a very reasonable price. I thought it was more than fair and the pizza was fresh and delicious!

Our visit really was bad. We ordered a medium pizza to stay. We were told 10-15 minutes for the pizza. Almost an hour later I finally walked up and stated we just wanted our money back and would go elsewhere. Then the staff asked what our name was. He then stated they had our pizza in the warmer but forgot about it and then handed us a half hour old pizza. Didn’t offer plates silverware etc. Terrible service!!! Will let everyone know about my visit! Don’t go there!!!

Just wanted some Godfather’s pizza and wings. Normally very satisfied. The wife likes pepperoni and I love the combination pizza. Ordered a half pepperoni and half combo. We got half pepperoni and half cheese! Totally unacceptable. They have one job. Make pizza. We live 15 miles away so it’s not worth going back to a place that can’t get it right the first time.

I had ordered 2 pizzas and breadsticks. The first pizza was raw and the second pizza was fine. Breadsticks were burnt. I called back to godfathers to speak with the manager and there wasn’t a manager on duty. This is a bit disappointing and was told they that the staff member can’t disturb the manager while at home. Next day I was able to get a refund.
