My husband and I were in town. We got our food delivered to our hotel. When we received our order it was luke warm. I’m sure it would’ve been great if our pizza (veggie pie) and wedges could’ve been close to hot. The food got ate. If we are back in the area we will just pick it up ourselves.

I’d give zero stars if I could. Called an order in at 3:44 and at 5:00pm still no pizza, I call the store and ask to talk to the manager who could careless about customers, and he’s like oh we’re running behind I said so you made the pizza over an hour ago let it sit and that’s ok, he says yeah. As a business owner I’d never want someone like that in charge of a company and staff. The pizza came and hour and 20 mins later

I spend good money at Godfather’s Pizza, but the service here really needs improvement. There’s no “thank you,” no communication, and barely any acknowledgment that you’re a paying customer. It’s disappointing when you support a business and don’t even get basic customer service in return. The pizza is “ok” but the lack of courtesy takes away from the experience. They don’t offer any toppings, such as Parmesan cheese or plates or napkins, and make people waste their time.

No tap to pay. Had to use a couple dollars in coin change because i didnt have enough cash. This must have set the cashier off for some reason. Was rude as heck after that. Pizza was good but not worth the attitude to get it.

Great pizza and location. Atmosphere was lacking and South Park playing on the TV in the dining room referencing drugs, religion, immigration, nudity and politics was not what I wanted to listen to while eating dinner.

Godfather’s is some of my favorite pizza, their hamburger specifically. I don’t live in Omaha but I go out of my way when I’m there to get it at least once if not more. Delicious

Ordered a pizza and it was delivered barely warm and toppings almost half off the bottom half. The ranch dressing was hotter than the pizza to be honest. I was really hoping to be able to have some decent pizza while in Omaha but I am left disappointed…

Prices are asinine. Godfathers apparently got rid of the Family Feast deal they’ve had since the 90s (obviously not for the same price). It was still expensive but nothing compared to what they want now. Never ordering this again its steakhouse prices for chain pizza.

The pizza we ordered was good, except we specifically asked for 3 marinara sauces to be delivered and was told that was fine, we were also told cheese bread came with 2 marinara sauces; the pizza and cheese bread arrived with only 1. All I can say is Failure to communicate on godfathers behalf, if someone is going to answer the phones they should know what is going on. When we called and asked about the mistake, they said they would give us 2 more in 45 minutes when the pizza would be cold. They ended up giving a $6 credit to our account for future use, not sure we will be coming back to use it.
