Ordered a pepperoni pizza with a combination. The pepperoni had no pepperoni. The combination was the worst tasting Godfathers pizza I have ever had. The restaurant was dirty and smelled. That will be the last time we will order from there.

I put an order in online. It took the money account but said it was not approved because my zip code didn’t match. Which is weird because why can’t I deliver pizza wherever Id like? So I called the store to try to push the order through. The lady that answered the phone was very rude! I will never order pizza from this location again! I understand sometimes it is the system and there is nothing they can do about it. I have worked in the service industry for over 10 years. She should not work in customer service!

Placed online order at 530. Estimated delivery time was one hour. I called a little before 7 and inquired the status. They said it left about 5 minutes ago and driver had other deliveries too. The pizza arrived at 725. It was room temperature. Attached are pictures within 5 minutes of delivery. Box was soaked with grease. The pizza they delivered reminded me of eating pizza some time after the first piece.

I really enjoy getting my pizza at the Saddlecreek location. I ordered it on my Godfather’s App. And it’s made the way I like it. My pizza was so delicious! I called back. I told them to keep doing a excellent job! A couple sat in there and ate. They also complimented them on good tasting pizza. I don’t worry about the price. It’s my treat to me for working two jobs at 63 years of age!

I Just Went There My Guy Friend and Myself,It Was A Horrible Time ,We got there in a good mood and the girl wasn’t nice didn’t smile ,The food was great but we didn’t know it was All you can eat for #1 person only didn’t know that she didn’t tell us that part, So another girl came to our table as we are eating and said we had to pay another $15.00 So we were disgusted mad embarrassed like being picked on and when I went up to make it right She said we weren’t allowed to take the remaining food on the table with us ,So I said fine I’ll pay the other $15.00 and then she said I didn’t have to then she said your leaving I said well you guys are being mean to us ,We Were honest customers to come have a good lunch there is plenty of places to go and we choose you ,I worked in Customer Service at Godfathers on North 30th back in the year 2000 I was always nice to people and Baker’s across the street as a Carry Out and My Mom Worked for Baker’s in Customer Service for 10years ,And So I know Customer Service and That place Failed today for sure. The Food was great but the Customer Service was horrible period.

I was not treated fairly at this location they broke the law by not allowing my service dog in with me I have a disability and the store manager was very rude to me when I tried to educate the him but he was all high and mighty managing a godfathers pizza I will be returning with all 3 of my service dogs to try and educate the manager again
