Do not order from this location. I placed an online order for delivery and was charged for the order. I waited an hour and still had not received my pizza. I called the store and spoke with the owner and he informed me he saw the charge but for whatever reason the order didn’t go through. He told me to wait a couple days and the charge would fall off. Well it didn’t so I called back & spoke with the manager who informed me there was no record of the charge & there was nothing he could do. I told him the amount was debited from my account and he said it wasn’t cause they didn’t have the funds. I informed him about my previous conversation with the owner & he stated “I don’t believe that happened”. Oh okay. The manager is useless & incompetent. I had to file a dispute with my bank to get the money back for an order i never received. Just save yourself the headache.

I know Godfather’s pizza. Whether or not the Godfather himself knows it, not all Godfather’s locations are the same. Some are better than others. I THOUGHT I knew the best location. This location is making me reconsider. I judge based on 2 pies: straight-up cheese and the beloved taco pizza. The crust, the sauce, the cheese…exactly as they should be. My only gripe with the taco pizza is that I did not order a large, but that’s on me. Pricey? Yeah, but when it’s this good, it’s worth every penny. I give you the Schwarzenegger – I’ll be back.

The crust has always been the best part of Godfathers for me. Had that crunch that made you want to eat every single bit of it. The pizza I got delivered was chewy and undercooked, and nothing like I want for the money they charge compared to most of the other chains. Had the taste, but not close to what it should be overall.

This has gotten to be the best Godfathers pizza I have had in over a decade!! I grew up with Godfathers pizza. We never got to go to other Pizza chains so Godfathers has a special place in my heart. Hands down, this is the place place! The service was amazing and the dining room and restrooms were clean.

It has been at least a year since I had a Godfathers combo. I really don’t know why I just haven’t gone there. Me and my buddies met yesterday for beers and a jumbo combo and it could be the best pizza I’ve ever had in my entire life. I forgot how much I miss a good combo pizza at Godfathers! Also the service was great and the delivery person was very personable and professional!!!!

I haven’t dined in at a Godfather’s Pizza in decades and my son’s reading challenge changed that tonight. The younger man at the counter was super kind and friendly. Once the pizzas came out, my combo came out with mushrooms (which I specifically said I was allergic to) but boy, did they turn it around! I joked they could add green peppers to the next one and they did just that, gave me my money back and surprised us with a dessert cookie pizza that lit up my son’s eyes. Thanks for making our night! These reading challenge stops just makes me remember why I love Gretna so much and why I continue to keep giving these local businesses my $$. Hope your day turned around, guys!

Every single time I go there and order a desert item with the pizza, they always forget about it and I have to go remind them I’m waiting for it. Every single time. And if I order pizza online and go there to pick it up, it is rarely ready when it is supposed to be.

Despite the name you can actually get pizza here if you’re not a godfather. Anybody can get pizza from here as long as they have sufficient funds. You don’t even have to have a proof of identification unless you’re using a credit card in which case they might ask for proof. I wouldn’t worry about it. You’re also not stealing pizza from anyone who is a godfather. I doubt even the people who work there are godfathers to someone. I suppose some of them could be. The last time I was there the server was a young gal probably in her upper teens. If she’s a godfather I was certainly fooled. The pizza they served was delicious as were the cheese bread things we ordered. I’m not sure how a godfather would feel about it I’m not a godfather so I guess I can’t really weigh in on that subject too much. If you are a godfather it might be nice to contribute your opinion on the matter. That is, if you’re not too busy fulfilling godfatherly duties. I suppose that can be pretty taxing. Come to think of it after a long day of fulfilling godfatherly duties maybe you should just relax and order a pizza from godfather’s…
