It’s tasteless and bland. I ordered a small cheeseburger pizza and got 1 pickle placed on each slice of pizza. The pickle was the only thing that gave the pizza flavor. Crust, was flavorless as well. Did they change ownership at this location? It was good when they first opened and actually tasted like Goodfather’s pizza. This is just bad pizza. I won’t be back.

I had to pick up a customer’s DoorDash order from the restaurant. As soon as I walked in, the bell for the store went off which I’m more than positive that they knew there was a customer in the store. I then rung the bell to alert them that I needed service. No one came out to help for 7 minutes until another customer came in. The employee proceeded to hand me the bag with the customer’s order with no bag. When I asked for a bag, he was like “yeah but you have to bag it yourself” and was extremely rude to me for no reason. He made me simply coming in to pick up a DoorDash order an extremely unpleasant situation.

Pricey, but good and hearty. I never realized there was a standalone Godfather’s store open in Charlotte! Classic Combo Large (10 Slices) smelled and tasted (mostly) like I remember Godfather’s from 20 years ago, the main difference being the crust was less yeasty. Hit the spot! Well prepared and pretty to look at as well. I ordered through DoorDash and saved $10 from what it would have cost ordering from the store directly.

This is my second time eating here. I was excited as everyone else for its return. The first time was in October, and as expected, ordering by phone was crazy, and online kept crashing. But not before it received my money, and didn’t send the order to the restaurant. No problem, I called, and a very nice manager refunded my online order and placed another one over the phone. The restaurant is a hub, so expect to order and exit. This is not a problem because other places are like this also. Service was not personal because they were overwhelmed, but we did receive a nice welcome from the two ladies at the counter, and they were handling it pretty well. When we received the pizza, it was really good. The pizza was hot and delicious. It had that same flavor as I remembered. The monkey bread was very fresh and good. Fast forward to when the hype dies down, February. I went in to order, no line. The service, (shaking my head). It took a while before anyone came from the back to greet us. When she did, we didn’t receive a friendly hello, a smile or anything. I wanted to tell her, go back and try it again, but we just ordered anyway. Pizza was still good, but I had to search for my pepperoni. Overall, I’m glad it’s back, but they have to hire the right people to keep them coming back. It’s not all about the food. The customer service rep was not the most pleasant. I’ll start there.
Now the pizza… Very disappointed. I order the bacon double cheeseburger with extra everything. Omg that was the worst pizza I’ve ever tasted. It had extra meat but no extra cheese, not extra sauce so the pizze was basically dry. I paid $43 excited to eat Godfather’s. I’ll rather go to Myrtle Beach again for next time. Very disappointed!!!

This is some of the best pizza we’ve ever eaten! Usually we see Godfather’s locations while we’re on road-trips & it’s a treat. I just recently found this location near us & had no idea it existed! We’ve been missing out. They load these pizzas up with cheese & toppings, even the mini pizzas. I’ve never got one that looked skimpy or dry. They can be on the pricey side so the deals on the app do help some.

Godfather’s really deserves a 5 star rating, but I could only give it a 4 due to the wait. I placed my order online with no issues. Received my confirmation email stating that my order would be ready by 101 pm. I got there about 1250 but waited, because there were tons of people standing around near the door. At 1255 I decided to get out and that’s when I realized why people were standing outside. The facility is tiny! It was so much going on and so many people waiting it was ridiculous. On top of that, I was told that I needed to wait about 15-20 minutes for my pizza. I was patient and waited and got my pizza at 135. So, I waited an additional 30 minutes. The pizza is a bit pricey, but it was so good. I ordered the large meat lovers and monkey bread and paid about $36. The pizza alone I would rate at a 5. The location is still very new so I can understand a bit. I will definitely go back and I would definitely recommend.
