Everything was fantastic! It was our first time, so the woman who greeted us explained that we take two bowls and fill them with ingredients and sauce. We then give the bowls to the cook, and he gives us our cooked food on a plate. Soup, rice, and ice cream are included with dinner, too. My brother paused at the sauce section, and the greeter/cashier came over and helped him, and then helped me too since I was right behind him. The restaurant is in an outdoor mall area and parking at the meters is free after 8pm. It is a super casual spot, and the food and service are excellent.

Might want to ask them to cook it an extra few seconds, but all was safely cooked and tasted great. Ice cream was a nice (free) treat at the end!

Omg let me tell you about this place! This was some of the best Mongolian BBQ I have had. You start by filling up two bowls and only two bowls but you can fill them up as much as you want. My favorite part was when the guy took my bowl and put the sauces for me. He made it so delicious! And we ordered a matcha and lemon drinks which were also very delicious! Really highly recommend this spot!

I loved it! Reasonable price, friendly staff, delicious food, casual atmosphere. You get a couple bowls to fill with your choice of meat and veggies with your formulation of sauce. They could see I wasn’t sure how to do the sauce so they came and helped me. Then you grab some fried wontons and white rice and either hot and sour or egg drop soup. I found the hot and sour to not be hot or sour enough but I like extreme. My sister in law said the egg drop was spicy, maybe I should have gotten that, I like spicy. Nice selection of boba teas and soft serve ice cream for dessert if you like. Overall I loved it. It was a lot of food but if you want a whole extra helping it’s only 6 dollars more. No take out if you get that though. Great experience.

You go to the little salad bar looking area and you get to fill 2 bowls. Fill those babies. When you get to the sauce you can ask a worker to mix the one you want for you. There’s a little sign but he told us he would do it. Then you take it to the cook and watch it being cooked (keep your eyeballs peeled because no one is going to call you).
You get soft serve ice cream and soups and wonton included. Look around the little areas to see what they have. You pay at the end and can tip there.

Really amazing food! With amazing customer service! So many options for an incredible price! They don’t just have the usual Mongolian style food. You get rice, fried wontons, a beverage of choice and dessert is ice cream! It clean and inviting as well!

Stopped in Santa Cruz to grab a quick meal and found this place newly opened. The service was amazing, the employees are kind and helpful, food was fresh and yummy and the dining area clean and open. Great concept! Make your own plate and watch the chef cook it!

great space to eat. all of the staff stayed busy attending to guests, refilling any of the food bins, cooking of course, and overall (again) keeping a watchful eye for guests walking through. did i mention attentive? i went with my family and we live 2 hours away. i would DEF go again. thank you for such a nice experience

This was my first time here. The friendly staff were very helpful helping me figure out how they run their Mongolian BBQ. I’ve been to other similar restaurants, and I like how they do things here. They have a good selection of ingredients, the grilling went quickly, and it was all quite tasty. They even include rice, soup, and ice cream in the meal price. If I ever find myself in Santa Cruz again, I will definitely consider returning.

Very friendly atmosphere when you walk in, with large tables a big self-service bar to fill up your bowls. They have instructions around in case you’re too to the eating style. The food was filling with huge portions with plenty of food for two. It’s hard to dislike the food as you can choose what goes in and choose your sauce mix. I would highly recommend for those who are very hungry and out with friends or family.
