Our waitress, wish I would’ve got her name, was running her tail off. We were there for 3 hrs due to a flight delay, so it was pretty busy. She just kept smiling and delivering great service!

My orange juice glass was covered in someone else’s lipstick…and I didn’t notice until it was almost gone. It would have been nice to have my juice comped or acknowledgement from the manager after informing the server. She just looked at it and said, “oh.” Food has never been bad but the cleanliness is now under question.

Ordered a cocktail at the cantina and it just tasted like juice and ice. It was $18 plus tip, I asked the bartender how much it would be for an extra shot of tequila because it tasted weak and he said $12. Totally regret even trying to enjoy a cocktail my flight 🙁 I was just annoyed by every sip….

Very easy to get a table. They have a large variety of burgers and great views of the mountains from being on the second floor of the airport. It can be a little loud since it’s an open air restaurant in the terminal but they have a gorgeous fireplace nearby, it’s beautifuly decorated, and there is a nice little outside area to dine and watch the planes if your would like. My boyfriend got the Bison burger and rated it a solid 8 out of ten and I would rate my Fried Chicken Sandwich the same.

Disappointed for sure. We’ve been here a few times. Be aware the “night menu” has the same high prices as normal menu but you get half as much food. Not to mention the chicken was so dry I have cuts on the roof of my mouth. We mentioned to the bartender, who went over and voiced our opinion to the manager working on her computer. She simply shrugged her shoulders and that’s as far as it went. Sad to say, they are the only place in the airport so it won’t change.

Came here for some dinner for one. My server was insanely rude however.
She had black hair and was a bit taller, wore her hair up. Forgot her name though.. something that started with an L. Anyways she treated all her “larger” tables with much more warmth then I had ever received.
No “hi how are you”, no “how is your day” just “what do you want to drink” and “what do you want to eat.”
I travel very frequently and I typically get the vibe that restaurants in airports aren’t going to be too notch service, and I understand that. However what just makes this such a negative experience was that she wasn’t just unhappy- she just refused to give me good service .
She only came by twice. Both to drop off food. After an hour and a half I had to chase her around the restaurant in order for her to finally get my bill.
Another thing is that I would frequently thank her. However I was constantly met with “mhm”. That’s it. Drop off a plate, I would say thank you, “mhm” is what I would get in response.
It’s important to treat everyone the same.

We loved this restaurant! It was amazing. Get the wings and the Gouda Mac and cheese. And the huckleberry ice cream?! It was to die for. Not one complaint. If eat here every day if I could. Our waitress was also really accommodating.

Ate at the restaurant/bar (not the quick service) and it was delicious, especially for an airport on a quiet Tuesday evening. The wings were really good as were the nacho tower with brisket. Mac-n-cheese was also good.

Don’t expect to eat before your flight here. Waited 35 minutes before the only waitress took our order. Then waited another almost 40 before it came. Every time we are here it’s as if they are shocked how many people are coming in that day….please provide the airport’s flight schedule to the restaurant.
