The only reason i am putting only 3 stars is because if you order 30 mins ahead and go to get your food you have to wait at least 10 mins because they are too busy making sodas and ice creams . I think they should have someone up front giving out the food instead of it sitting under a lamp getting cold. I ordered last week went to pick it up had to wait 10 mins before i could get my food even though it was sitting under the lamp. I got back to work and my onion rings were cold and nasty. I threw them away. The food is so good but they need to figure out how to serve their customers that order to go without them having to stand in line 10 mins while the worker fixes their drinks or chili fritoes. Also the one girl kept going to the other window and did not come to the other window until there were 5 people behind me. I never thought i would give the goal post less than 5 stars. Lets do better goal post.

Place an order and drove 20 minutes to go get the food. Love the food but wow customer service is lacking. The food was missing half of the order that I requested. Not prepared as requested. Tried calling the location before 8 o’clock, and no one answered. This is not the first time I’ve tried calling the location before their scheduled closing time and no one answered the phone. Now I’m going to McDonald’s to get my fries and dressing that was missing!

I love the food don’t get me wrong but, they never put napkins in the to go orders, also no salt or any seasoning in the fries and of course no ketchup ‍♀️ so if you are ordering food to go bring your own napkins and seasoning if not you gonna end up cleaning your hands with the to go bag.

OMG …. This is definitely a place everybody should stop and have a burger from. The flavor is amazing and they have chili Fritos dressed with lettuce tomato and mayo… At first I was kind of like I don’t know about that Mayo but that the middle of that first bite! OMG that’s all I can think of now lol , that’s some good stuff… You can also call ahead of time and they will have your order ready. Highly recommend!!!

Goal Post is local to me, so I called in my order of three entrees ahead of time. By the time I drove up (15 mins?) my order was waiting for me.

I ordered the gravy fries and tots dressed and added bits of roast beef.
All the flavors of a roast beef poboy in a bowl. No mess. Deeee- lish- usssssss!

Goal post has been open for many years and still remains busy. That speaks for itself. I do eat here sometimes. I enjoy the food and the shakes. The prices are a bit much (for me) if you are feeding a family. Plus knowing this isn’t a “equality friendly” business I don’t visit here much. The food is made to order and I’ve never had to wait for a phone order so if you are in a rush I suggest to call ahead.
