Goa Niwas gives you a sense of authentic flavors of Goa without leaving Delhi with its delectable Goan cuisine and warm ambiance.

We tried Veg Xacuti, King Fish Rava Fry and
Mackerel Goan Curry. All dishes were good.

The restaurant has a cozy and inviting atmosphere, with simple decor and comfortable seating.
The staff at Goa Niwas is attentive and courteous, ensuring that your dining experience is seamless and enjoyable.

Visited Goa Niwas when I was staying in Ginger Chanakyapuri for couple of days.
Looking & Craving for prawn dishes for a very long time, immediately visited this Goan restaurant in Goa Niwas.
Its been really nice to find tasty prawn dishes, brown rice & Prawn rava fry…
Except for old & broken BoneChina plates and dirty cutleries everything was ok..
One staff was little grumpy and looking unhygienic..
A lady at reception was very nice and understanding and gladly acknowledged my observations…and promised to improve.
Overall okay place.
Food was good though.
Not very popular among common gentry…those attending this place are mainly from Administrative services…even then, no one suggested improving things here.
Will visit again to see whether things improved or not.

A real hidden gem of a Goan paradise hidden in the heart of the city. A colourful yet quite and calm setting with authentic Goan cuisine.

The menu is short and sweet , prices very reasonable and super fast service – what more can you want. We had lunch and selected the seafood thali out of a choice of 5 thalis. They have all the major delicacies on the menu starting from Xacuti, Sarpotel, Vindaloo to Calamari masala and Goan red rice. The food was enjoyable and we even ordered a plate of Chicken Xacuti .

Overall, great food in a peaceful ambience with smiling service at very reasonable prices.

Nothing much to write home about. Starting from the ambience, seating and finally the food – everything is so canteen type and average. One should not be too excited about having various coastal delicacies . Mostly you will end up having spicey and oily food . Only the pomfrete masal fry was ok. So all you foodies beware and it will be an intelligent idea to avoid.

✨ Hi, you will find this place as if a mini Goa. For some time you will forget that you are in Delhi. The food is good, testy and authentic. The menu is displayed in a board and the decoration is interesting as if no body is taking care and it’s just natural. Children will defenightly enjoy so also elders. Two girls managed the restaurant. Cost is fine. If you love see food then this is an another option for you to try.

✨ Just went weekday lunch date! As it is in chankyapuri, easily accessible. They have variety of prawn nd fish dishes. Ambience was very soothing & peaceful. Mr. Anthony welcomed us, sweet person. We had Goan prawn curry which was good in taste bit sweet, we also had fish masala ( some sea fish) with Pao. At last we had sweet dish serradura pudding.

❤️Highly recommended place. Must go for it ❤️

✨With impeccable service, great ambience, warm and comfortable interiors, a welcoming environment and a scrumptious menu, we recommend you to try them out soon.

Went for dinner to the charming little restaurant here -Viva o Viva. (Or Gabriella’s Kitchen as was printed on the Menu).
Loved the decor, the music was lovely and the staff polite and helpful.
We don’t like our food too spicy and they adjusted accordingly.
We had prawn curry and rice. And some chilli sausages.Nice preparations.
Ended with some yummy bebinka which we got packed for home.
Next time plan to return for some fish, crab or maybe even lobster which they prepare on demand.
Enjoyed ourselves

Okay, so I concentrated on the sea food, being goa and all. The dishes i tasted had flavour and spice, could do with a bit more zing to it (personal opinion). I think giving an option upfront would be good. I also think, it is a bit up on the pricy side. But, the important q is will i go back there again, Yes I want to try a couple of things more to satisfy my gastronomic urges !
