You used to be so good! You had the best burgers & nachos in Summit Co. What happened? You removed nachos from the menu and you served us reheated, cold, burgers. Terrible service. Had the sever tell my friends they needed “tip more” (they’re from England and has already tipped 10%).. server was super passive aggressive and snarky. Place wasn’t busy, obnoxious behavior.

Service sucks, has to buss our own table, and pour our own beer, made us tip 20% and they don’t let us split our check, not only that but they also forgot our food ticket, but we got 3/9 meals waited 2 hours for our food and still messed up our order.

Ah yes, this place used to be amazing—emphasis on used to! They really outdid themselves by getting rid of all the good menu options and slapping on ridiculous prices for what’s left. Do yourself a favor and just go upstairs! The 20% gratuity for groups of 5 or more is a nice touch too. The only positive was that our service was mostly good.
